In case your wondering why I would give Taco Bell 5 stars (it is this particular location). I understand quality and service vary wildly by location, but I have been coming here for about 20 years now with about 5 year gaps in between. I don’t eat Taco Bell much, but every time I go to this location in Lynbrook on Merrick Rd., they always have good customer service. Yes, the employee rotation changes throughout the years, but all that served me were great. The food is always good here and the stock of condiments are always full. This restaurant looks clean every time I go. This time I ordered from the self serve kiosk and the employee in his personal conversation with another customer still stopped to ask if I needed help. I ordered a chicken burrito and taco with Frank’s hot sauce on it.

As soon as I got there they were no trouble parking. Upon entering, I placed my order, and within 5-7 minutes, my order was ready. They are very efficient with their service. The food tastes great. There are plenty of flavors. I couldn’t finish my power bowl. I love how they separated everything. I tried the fries for the first time. It was awesome.

Food is always fresh. The place is clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. You have to wait a little bit but that’s with all of their locations because the food isn’t prepared until ordered so it’s fresh.

Went today to Taco Bell, drive through was very busy so I decided to go inside. The guy on the counter was very friendly and even gave me some suggestions on what to order. He was counting money so he asked me to use the kiosk and told me step by step where to find the items I wanted. The food was fresh and good. I ordered the Nacho Fries Box for 5 dollars, which I think is a great deal. The only thing that was a little disappointed of was that they had no more Brisk Mango Fiesta, it’s my favorite. They have a small parking lot, so no worry about finding a spot.

I usually get my food for pickup from the mobile app, it’s just more convenient since you sometimes have to wait in line to order your food through the kiosk. The prices are great, plenty of food for 7 dollars and less. The wait times are surprisingly short and the workers are kind. There are parking spots surrounding the whole location. The entire place is newly renovated which is awesome, there are plenty of places to sit and eat. My only main complaints are that sometimes (but rarely) some of the food can be a bit meh, there is a foul odor outside which I think is coming from the sewage or trash containers which are beside the drive thru, and at times my mobile order will tell me my food is ready but when I enter it usually isn’t (but it’s just a minor inconvenience).

Restrooms, seating, large parking lot, drive-thru and only downside is the front counter and self serve kiosk (3) is right on top of each other, other wise friendly staff
