Ordered 6 items with $ add-ons of jalopenos etc. all items were missing add-ons. might as well have donated to charity instead. dont add addons to takeouts, unless you are willing to check items at onsite. BTW i contacted Taco bell help on app to see if they can offer fix, perhaps credit for future order but got no reply, this incident happened couple of months ago, gave them chance to fix before leaving this review.

This taco bell location is pretty modern and clean. The manager seems to be on top of things. Yes sometimes they may mess up on orders but if you mention it to them they clearly fix the issue so I had no problem. The food is pretty decent and I think a better option than McDonalds or other fast food places. There is parking although due to the land is not so big. They also have a drive thru but I have never used it. The workers are pretty friendly. Not a lot of foot traffic due to the area is located. But overall the place is good and no complains. Just check your food before leaving if not eating at location. Many vegetarian options as well.

This is a great Taco Bell, and the employees are super nice. Most of the time we get what we need, lately there has been some trouble with forgetting items or incorrectly made items. However, the quality is still there and we still enjoy going.

The portions they give are great however last time I went they messed up my order and not only gave me a hard time for it but took back the food and served it to another customer after I touched it. That is disgusting and unsanitary. So just be careful ordering.

Worst Taco Bell Employees. I told the drive-through guy to cook well. I also told him you can make it darker so the food is nice and hot and well cooked. Got home and opened it and see this. The taco is not even cooked. It was probably given cold to me from the plastic baggage. The food inside was not cooked. Made my stomach upset next day. Horrible experience I would not recommend this Taco Bell to anyone.

Be very careful when using the app. The advertised prices will change from the main page to the order page. This practice is so disgusting and happens all the time with the app. Imagine walking into the store and seeing a price on the board and then after you order they change the price.

Totally just got profiled.
Called my wife to confirm the slushies we got were correct and the older woman working the night shift says “Sir, why’d you call the customer the order is on the receipt!” “Um, I’m not an uber, it’s my wife?”
Then trying to grab one sauce packet: “SIR, I put enough sauce in the (sealed) bag.”
Me: Well, can I have more it’s a big order.
Her: Wait… moves the trays full of every kind of sauce closer to her. What kind of sauce do you need?
Me: Fire.
She then proceeds to put her hands over the sauce like I’m some animal and goes under the desk to grab a hard ball of sauce bags that were punctured and old and drops it on the counter.
I got sauce all over my hand and left.
*Also a very bad place for pickup or ordering online since most of the time I have to fill the drinks up myself on pickup.
I never see drinks ready to go and wonder if every pickup order is filled by the pickup person.*
Just hoping for a normal experience.

This is a very conveniently placed Taco Bell, just off from the Floral Park train station and the Q36 bus. The food here is rather delicious and satisfying as to expect from Taco Bell.
