Lady in back was training someone else..she realized I wasnt being attended to..came up to front to take my order. she was exceptional, competent, friendly, professional, and the best part of the experience.
Restaurant layout: LARGE with plenty of tables and chairs available, acceptable cleanliness, nice atmosphere (good)

Ordered the Discovery Luxe Box and they swapped my Baja Blast for regular Mountain Dew without saying anything. The Flamin’ Hot Burrito was easily the best part, especially with extra Diablo sauce . The rest was just okay, and the cinnamon twists were stale. Probably wouldn’t order this box again.

Look man, I know a Taco Bell is a Taco Bell, and if you’re going to one, you’re prob not reading or caring about its google reviews. That being said, this is quite literally the worst location I’ve ever been to, bar none, even factoring in multiple drives a year across the country. It feels absurd to even be writing this review for a Taco Bell, but please for the love of god save yourself and just drive to the Bronx or Port Chester locations.

I’ve gone to this Taco Bell location many many times over the past few years. The food is usually fine, sodas a bit flat, the staff at the drive thru are always nice, but they are so incredibly slow that it’s almost comical. Ordered a single taco via the drive thru and it took 10 minutes. You pay and just sit there mad confused about what is going on in there that it would take so long to make something so simpler it is like this EVERY single time. I purposely avoid this store whenever I’m in a rush because it’s impossible for them to pop out an order in under 5 minutes. Maybe they don’t have enough people on staff?? I’m not sure but management needs to get it together.

The fact that management allows this place to remain open is insanity. This place has been consistently horrible for the last 10+ years and nothing is ever done to change it. The drinks are always not available, wrong, or warm/flat. Getting your correct order is a 50/50 gamble at best. Of course it goes without saying that the food quality here is about the worst you will get from any Taco Bell in the world.
Please shut this joke of a place down already or have management step in and take charge who actually know what they are doing.

every single time we order from this spot, they send the WRONG order, but this time, it was another level. we ordered vegetarian / vegan items and everything that was delivered had cheese and meat. will never order from this location again, they don’t know what they are doing AT ALL.

Based on the interaction I had I would love to give a negative review for this location. On, Sunday, September 28, 2025, I placed an order at the kiosk just like other customers do. The Indian girl who was working there was calling people and handing them there orders to their hand with a smile. When she called my order she just literally threw the bag on to the counter; saying, and I quote “The sauces are back there”. Is this the mission statement of Taco Bell? I felt highly discriminated by this crew member. Being of the same same ethnicity as her just made it worse. This was totally uncalled for. If one doesn’t want to deal with the public then don’t work in this environment. Definitely would like to return to Taco Bell. I would rather go to your competitors down the street such as Burger King, McDonald’s, and or even Texas Chicken Burgers where they actually treat their customers with dignity and respect.
