I don’t usually leave bad reviews but after consistent mess ups time and time again, here I am. I’ve been going to this taco bell for quite some time and its never been as bad as it has been this past year. The baja blast freeze machine never works, it got to a point where I’d call over the phone before I make the trip and EVERY time she’d say “No the freeze machine no work.” Consistent order mess ups, receiving wrong items, wrong orders, or missing items all together. Whether it’s in person or ordered through the app, prepare to be disappointed. And dont even get me started on the portion sizes and food quality. Mannn these people working here REALLY don’t care. It’s like they’re the last Taco Bell in the world and they’re trying to ration every last ingredient. Every item is either minuscule like you’re being served micro meals, or something that’s 90% tortilla 9% cheese and 1% meat. If you don’t believe me see the attached picture of my quesadilla thats smaller than a sauce packet. I also put it next to the middle slice of the quesadilla which is usually supposed to be the biggest and longest. The fact I had to pay almost 15 DOLLARS for this “Quesadilla Meal” should be a crime. Since my last awful order my friends and I have not been back. Management should seriously consider having a chat with the crew.

I’m not a taco guy. My wife and daughter. To them, it’s the best! No doubt!
The Taco Bell I went to was spectacular. Clean and shiny. Great service. It felt good to be there. And, of course, according to wife and daughter, fantastic Supreme Soft Shell Tacos with mild sauce packets. I was a hero coming back with the goodies.

I went to the drive thru on Friday at 8:40 pm the man taking my order was pleasant he took my order clearly and acutely. Very friendly when I arrived at the window made sure I had extra napkins due to me having kids in the car. The order was made correctly and it was a delight to eat ☺️

I’m one to hold back on giving bad reviews cause I understand how badly minimum wage workers are treated from employers and customers but i feel like im being targeted for existing as trans cause my cisgender girlfriend always gets her order right from this location. eveytime and when she orders for me online they almost always put sauce when she selects ‘no sauce’ or when i ask in person they put sauce. and now as you can in the pictures they didn’t even bother warming up any of my quesadillas. this is the only taco bell that has treated me like this i ain’t ever buying from here.

This place really depends on what time you go there and who is working. The customer service ranges between courteous and helpful, to managers watching you stand at the counter as they walk past you several times over 10 minutes, never asking if you need help, what your name is for pick up, or anything. Literally just ignoring you….and your food sits there getting cold. Unacceptable.

I ordered the seven layered burrito for the decades, Y2K I really enjoyed it. I appreciate the work that the ladies do in the kitchen. They made my lunch very enjoyable. I really like the concept of bringing back the old school meals from the 2000!

It’s disappointing to come here. It’s almost 5:30pm and the place is empty. No families here. No older folks spending money either. Go inside to order, no one ever welcomes you. The staff always tells you that, you need to use the kiosks to order, because they can’t take your order. The reason for this? Because the registers don’t work. This has been for months now, close to a year. The place is often very empty. They tell older folks (that have no idea how to use kiosks or people that don’t want to touch the kiosks because they look dirty), that they need to place their orders at the kiosks. If you use the Drive-Thru, you’ll wait an eternity sometimes to find out your order is all wrong. Currently they remodeled this location. It wasn’t to remove the kiosks or replace the two registers with working ones, but to add more kiosks so it’s not as personable. McDonald’s and Burger King? Packed, while offering both options, register and kiosks.
The location would be busier if they trained the staff here to be more welcoming and even want to take your order. I see this business running it’s course here soon and eventually closing its doors down the road because there’s no service offered. If you compare the service here to a Chick-fil-A, or at the very least the Stamford location they have, this Taco Bell would get an F unfortunately.

Dont go here late night, night crew doesnt know what they are doing. Had ordered through the drive-thru, simple two combo meal. Rolled up to the window waited a solid 5-7 minutes and the lady opens the window asking or name for a mobile order but we kindly tell her we ordered at the screen. She proceeds to look for our order and says she doesnt have the order there, laughing in our face at the window asking us what we want again. Completely wasting my time before work to get food. Terrible service by her and the team on shift. How do you lose an order that was placed a minute ago in the drive-thru.

Cold food, poor service. We ate in. The taco contents were so cold, my teeth hurt. The dining room was clean.
