This food experience won’t have me return to this location.
I want them to do well but you have to give a customer a reason to return.

I’ve been here a few times since they opened. I mainly use the app and pick the order up inside. Every time I’ve gone inside, you have to order through the kiosk. There is no one that takes your order behind the counter unless you go through the drive thru. The limited interaction I’ve had with the staff has always been good. They are polite and friendly. The food is good like your typical taco bell. The place is clean and well maintained. It’s only 9 months old, so hopefully, it stays this way.

They make sure they label your orders individually with whats not on your item if you specified so you don’t have to go crazy checking your order before leaving. Makes a big help all the ladies are nice and place is very clean.

The food takes long to prepare even though I was the only customer. This is all the time. No one greets you not sure how they still in business. Place is always empty yet it takes forever to get your food

30 minute wait, still here, out of half of the menu items. Resturant is not packed, drive through was basically empty, I expected bad food, not the wait for the bad food.

I use to love this taco bell but lately when I go through the drive thru they ask me to pull up from the window, even though no one is behind me, or to back my car up from the window. I don’t understand why they are asking me to do this. It is obnoxious. Someone told me it was so that they appear to have faster service and no one is waiting long at the window. This is absolutely ridiculous!! What kind of service is this?
