I went on last October 4th on Saturday 1120 Somerset St, New Brunswick NJ and I spent almost $57.32 and they didn’t give me enough sauce, I ordered a chalupa and that chalupa was not fresh at all so I told them Can you make a fresh one please and then one of the girl who was there in night sift and other Lady named Maria she said When you make an order after you have to come to the front and you have to ask for fresh food so I told them so you don’t make fresh food for all customers and you give them leftover food, the both Ladies who work night shift are both so rude and the way they speak is so nasty, I have been there at night time and the Night Shift people don’t understand English and they don’t speak English very well, I asked them Store manager number, but they didn’t provide me the store manager’s number either. please, please teach the night shift staff to learn some manners. One star for night shift staff, very poor service “only” the night shift.

I stopped by the Taco Bell in New Brunswick, and overall, it was a good experience. The staff was friendly and efficient, and my order was ready quickly. The food was fresh, and my Crunchwrap Supreme was made perfectly. The dining area was clean, but the drink station could use a little more attention for refills.

Used to love this location but as of late the consistency of their food hasnt been very good at all. Now im usually just getting cold, under done food. No matter the time or how busy the place is.
Today cracked me up tho, i was supposed to get a cantina chicken crispy, only cheese on the taco was where the shell was spitting in half from, like if they used the cheese to make it stay together. Tho as of late its been just like this. And tortilla taste underdone as well. (Sadly i know i wont stop going to this place )

You would think that after reopening the quality would be better, but honestly that’s not the experience I had. I was acknowledged after 5 minutes since all the workers were goofing off. I had placed a mobile order in advance and knew what I had ordered. At first they handed me a ice tea, which was not the drink I had ordered, and when I corrected them they were clueless. shortly after I received my food, and knowing how fast food is I always check the orders before I leave. Not only were things missing but when I arrived home to finally eat the food I had ordered I could barely enjoy it. The Mexican pizza was crushed, the chalupa I had ordered was not even the correct meat I had chosen. The potatoes were old and tasted like they were left in the oil for way too long. I don’t know what can fix this taco bell, but I think they need to get stricter managers who choose to serve customers first and make sure their needs are met first before goofing off.
If you want my advice, the somerset location is 10X better than this one, and they have higher accuracy.

went through the drive thru at 8pm. no cars in sight, and it wasn’t busy what so ever. my friend ordered first, and i took a bit longer cause ive never been to taco bell before and had to read the menu. the worker rushed me, didnt even wait for me to order after i said i needed a minute, and just yelled the whole time. terrible customer service!!

This Taco Bell location has really gone downhill lately — in food quality, consistency, and customer service.
The tortillas were dry and crumbling, like they’d been left sitting out for hours. The rice was crunchy and hard. But the worst part was the sauce situation. EVERY sauce container was empty and the counter area looked like it hadn’t been touched in days. I brought over one of the empty containers and requested they refill it with hot sauce, the employee took the container and instead of refilling it, handed me four sauce packets.
I explained that I’d need more, and she reluctantly gave me four more. When I asked again, she said, “The sauce is expensive, and you only have a small order.” I’d just spent $20 — — and she finally gave me two more packets before refusing to give me any more. I left at this point to avoid losing my cool.
I didn’t realize Taco Bell had started charging its employees for the sauce packets they hand out!

I ordered delivery on Uber eats. I’ve ordered many times from this location before but this was horrendous. I ordered the new crispy chicken cantina taco and they gave me this sad , stale , weak & broken taco. Whoever made this really ruined my lunch. It was around 3 Pm this past Sunday 5/5.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Every time I go I have to wait more than a hour for a small order. Today I went around 11 pm and left empty handed. Getting the attention of an employee is impossible and it isn’t the first time I’ve experienced having to wait over 20 minutes for an order of 1 taco.

I liked this Taco Bell, I had been coming here for years when I would come to this area. Well Tuesday night around 12 a.m. I drove all the way from South Brunswick because our Taco Bell have a rude manager that ignore people when they come inside. So I decided to get Tacos for my family. My son ordered a Chicken Power Bowl but he threw the chicken out because he said it smelled like it was going bad. I did like my Tacos, this is the first time we had bad tacos from here.
