So glad I tasted soda before leaving tasted like water. Got home cheese roll ups had a pinch of cheese in each. Cheese in cup couldn’t be more then 1 tablespoon and chips had a strange smell only eat one. And quesadilla had no filling and not cut. It was not busy when I was there if I’m gonna pay that much it should be as good as it can get.

the app accepts orders but the manager won’t let us in the store saying they aren’t taking orders. we had to wait 45 mins for our order because they were prioritizing the drive through orders over the people who ordered for pick up. would t recommend it.

The workers expect you to use the touch screen ordering service. A couple workers locked eyes with me and still didn’t take my order. Waited a good 5 min before the lady asked if I placed an order yet. I got the crunch wrap and there was more lettuce and tomatoes than meat. Frosty was good and so where the nacho fries. The cheese was pre packed it had a discolored film on top.

Extremely rude staff, they had 8 people working there and nobody was at the register and the line got so long. We ordered a cheese roll up and the cheese was not melted and the whole thing looked like someone took a bite out of it, the Crunchwrap however was nicely made.

Just got dinner for my family. We ordered the 5 dollar gordita box and all the food was a mess and cold .We also ordered regular tacos and the meat was cold and shells were old. I got nacho fries and they were xold and hard tasted like card board and cinnamon twists that have been sitting there since the morning. The place was dirty and everything was a mess. The floors were disgusting and tables were sticky .i felt like i was sticking to the floor. Thank god I can cook. Not to mention i sub the gordita meat for steak and it was a mess very dissatisfied and disappointed in the service . It wasnt even busy. Not a good look. Btw not 5 dollars its 5.99 for the box false advertisement.

This was my last straw. Every time there is a problem. Im tired of paying for things and not receiving them or receiving the wrong items. And a receipt, forget about it. Give me the wrong receipt or and excuse why i cant have 1. I dont order crazy either. Just chicken instead of beef and i pay extra. Last time they didnt give me my full order. Im done with this location.

They really fixed this place up compared to years ago. Usually when I go in here, (not much), it’s fairly empty. The order online feature may have something to do with that.. Drive thru is more busy than anything at this location.
