The new spanish guy don’t understand english what I was trying to say. I told him I want 4 cheesy gordita crunch supreme with nacho cheese shell but he gave me regular shell. I come here every other night. The spanish girl who work here give me my order prefectly but this new guy argue with me for not changing my order and he didn’t wanted to accept his mistake. Idk why the manager/owner hire this type of employees to work here who don’t know how to treat you customers. This was my last time coming here I will go to other taco bell will drive far but will never come back here and I will tell all my friends and their friends not to come here. I will tell them how the treat their customers. I wish I can give you guys 0 stars for tonight.

Great taco bell food service was horrible. They want u to use the kiosk I refuse because I had a special request. I sat at the counter fir q0 mi uses while the workers just looked at me. I had to ask soneine fir the manager. After another 5 minutes she cane out begrudgingly took my order. Order was dine oretty quick but getting to that point was a process.

I ordered food on line an hour before the pick up time. When I got there to pick up the food, the store person did not even recognize if there were on-line order to prepare until I told her! I had to wait around a half an hour to get the food ready for me. What a joke!! I ordered on-line to save time waiting in the store. They should pay more attention to on-line orders.

Disgusting experience, from the moment I walked into the restaurant. I have been here multiple times but always through the drive thru. They have messed up my order a few times so this time I decided to go inside. I walked in and was the only one at the register. It took 10 minutes for someone to even acknowledge me or greet me. I ordered the Gordita box that was being advertised and they denied me and said it was discontinued. This was there advertisement not only outside the store but inside the store as well. I told the man ok, and to please charge me separately for each item. I then asked for 2 large drinks. Now for the past few times I’ve been here I have noticed the Baja Blast had tasted a little off. I chose to try it out. I poured it in both cups and to my surprise the colors were completely different. I tried the darker one out and it was decent but the other one was completely spoiled. I tried another drink and it was the same thing. I told the employee about this and just asked for a bottle of water instead as their machine has something wrong with it and I do not want to be sick. The man looked at me and said it would be $1 each. I was appalled! There machine is giving a foul taste and I have to pay for their mistake. The employee asked what drink I wanted and poured them from the drive-thru. The same thing happened as the Baja blast was 2 different colors again. I now was furious and left the store. I have given this Taco Bell too many chances and I’m done with them! And I will blast them on every social media account I have!!

WORST tacobell ever. DO NOT VISIT IF YOU ARE TACO BELL LOVER. they don’t prepare food with standard that Taco Bell franchise has set. Ordered $40 worth of food with online order of Mild, Hot, and Fire sauces, 25 each. And got 0 in the bag. This Taco Bell manager is so cheap that they don’t even give sauces to save money for themselves.

There are 2 taco bells near me. This is the one to go to. They have fewer staff members but are far more friendly, the food is hot and good, the staff is friendly, they also take orders and dont force you to use the dumb kiosk. I’ll be visiting here and skipping the one on rt 18.

Worst Taco Bell location. I ordered a Mexican Pizza and an order of Nacho Fries. They put more Nacho Cheese in the small cup then they gave me fries in the box!! The Mexican Pizza was just filled with refried beans nothing else and the outside was soggy. I asked for Sour Cream and the amount on the Mexican Pizza was less than they give you in a packet and of course I was charged extra for that. I tried calling the store to speak with a manager about my order and all that I kept getting was a fax machine.

Worst Taco Bell location I have ever been to. And I have tried to give them a chance, I recently moved and they are super close to my house. The first time I went I ordered a crunch wrap supreme, I always get all of my orders supreme with steak, however that day I was told that they have run out of the steak because I had order Doritos fiesta Loco‘s tacos and according to them the tacos took over the remainder of the steak they had. Since it was later in the night I let it go and I said it was OK to give me the crunch wrap supreme with ground beef but when I got home there was no ground beef or steak or anything except lettuce tomatoes and sour cream inside of my crunch wrap supreme. The second time I went they also ran out of steak, and they totally forgot to include a crunchy taco and a Chalupa in my whole order which was charged and paid for and the receipt but no worries to be found within my bags. I just got home from giving them their third last chance, from now on I’ll be going to the second Taco Bell location closest to me which is a whole prime or minutes away but I rather a better experience. Today I realize they had this new specialty naked chicken Chalupa taco which is a taco made out of chicken shell I specifically asked what was it about and I was told it was a chicken shell breaded inside it was cheese guacamole or avocado tomatoes and a little bit of lettuce I ordered two of them, one for my husband and one for myself, when I started eating mine I complained that there was no avocados, and he said what avocados? there wasn’t any avocados in mines either. The rest of my tacos which I order with steak as I usually do we’re quite salty and my husband said of course they forgot the sour cream and it is constantly that they keep messing up orders they keep messing up products they keep messing up everything and it’s a very unpleasant experience. I will definitely be reaching out to corporate because I realize in the review section that this is not an uncommon practice and it’s happened to me three times. I understand that sometimes things get a bit crazy when it comes to fast food restaurants, I worked in some during my undergrad so I can understand, however this is a very nice area, all restaurants and shops have been incredibly pleasing and so well servicing except this particular Taco Bell, and it’s bothersome that they don’t have the basic decency to review and check and provide the best product they can there wasn’t even a line behind me there wasn’t even cars in front of me I went at 4 PM on a Saturday, they had no rush.
