Terrible experience. We ordered dine-in through the kiosk and waited over 20 minutes while my friend and I were the only people sitting inside. Multiple employees looked at us, but not one person asked if we were waiting for food.
Turns out they placed our order in the mobile pickup section, so it just sat there. By the time we got it, half the food was cold. No drinks were given we had to ask separately for cups. After checking the bag, we were also missing a large fry, which they said they had to make a new batch of. That explained why the fry that was in the bag looked like it had been sitting for hours.
Also, do not get the chicken nuggets half were hard as a rock, and three of them had no meat inside at all.
The only reason this isn’t a zero-star review is because the remade fry was actually good. Other than that, it was awful customer service and food quality. Love spending $30 for cold food, missing items, and zero attention from staff.
The attached photo: the fries in the box were fresh and full of color. The ones on the napkins had no color, cold, and tasted hours old.

I love this Taco Bell, whenever I come in for dine in somebody is cleaning the windows or mopping the floor. The bathrooms are always clean and the staff are helpful and friendly. The only thing I have to say is that I hate the AI. It is a nightmare for people who want to customize their orders and I prefer speaking to the lovely staff at this location.

I think I got the names right, but I guess this store passes inspections if Nick is around and Alex does the inspection. I guess she loves to flirt with him, and doesn’t need to look at the store so long as Nick is there ♀️That’s what the blonde longish hair dude was saying to his co workers by the registers. Pretty chill getting all the gossip while I waited 20 minutes for my food. Luckily I got up to ask for my cups, just for me to realize that my food was sitting on the mobile pickup shelf. The one guy with glasses said that’s weird and handed me my bag. Food was cold, and they forgot one of my large fries. I got stuck asking that blonde guy just for him to tell the guy with the glasses he needed a large fry. The guy with the glasses made them fresh for me. Which was clutch cause that’s the only thing that was hot. I literally prefer this store over the PBurg one, but yeah today was not it.

What was really nice to see was the employee greeted an older customer by name and something similar to “great to see you/ welcome back “. He was genuine and nice so food was great but super personable employees!

Are you kidding me? You fired the drive through guy and replaced it with AI?? that can’t even get my order straight? That can’t understand accents? That can’t understand “BEEF, CHEESE AND BEANS” as a change??? The other day I had to yell at it so many times to change the taco order that I had to just say “Can I talk to a human???” They finally showed up and helped me. They were really great. BUT THEY FORGOT MY SAUCE.
Whatever you got going on at corporate has lost you a customer. Y’all probably won’t care but it’s so messed up that we all loved that guy taking our orders and being fun and cool.

Nick is awesome. You could be having the worst day ever, and the second you hear his voice at the drive thru, your day gets a whole lot better!! This place could mess up my order a million times ( which is has NEVER) and we’d be ok with that given that level of consistent customer service. Always our fav go to late night Taco Bell!

Grabbed a late snack on a Monday. Guy running the drive through window is amazing. Legendary voice and excellent customer service. From other reviews sounds like his name is Nick. Hope he’s recognized for making a simple drive through a great experience.

I just ordered a Crunchwrap supreme and there is no meat in here…Just crumbs. This is the worst crunch wrap I’ve ever had. I was looking forward to this and am so disappointed.. why did they think this was acceptable to serve. I took a bite and thought somehow I received a vegetarian version- only to then see some meat crumbs- this makes no sense. Would not return here if this is the quality / standard of food for this place.
