I have to applaud the new AI drive-thru order taking it is honestly pretty cool to see that level of technology in action. However, despite the high tech ordering, the actual wait time to receive my food was still frustratingly long. It took about 15-20 minutes to get through the line, of just 1 car in front of me, which defeated the purpose of the “fast” ordering. Unfortunately, once I finally got my order home, the soft tacos were cold. I expected them to be fresh given the wait, but that wasn’t the case. If the speed and food temperature improve, I will definitely update this review.

Honestly, probably the best Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. The workers are relatively very attentive when you walk in, even when they’re super busy with the drive-thru.

Expensive meal and meal was good. To make it great if they make sure all the toppings of tacos were on it before wrapped. The taco shells were broken. Apple pies were spot one but small and expensive. I wish they bring back double decker bacon cheeseburger tacos.

To start with they couldn’t get our order right and we had to wait on the rest of our order while the rest of the order got cold. I asked for light lettuce,got a taco full of salad. There were 8 people working in the back but the dining room was dirty with water on the floor.We told him that we were dining in yet we still got bags to go. Seems like nobody really cares about quality or service. Very disappointing

They always mess up my order the hardly put meat on it and when you ask if they can put more meat less lettuce on it they charge me $7.20 for more meat on the hard shells and the another $ 7.20 for more meat on the soft shells I think that is crazy they don’t put a lot a meat on it anyway

Very friendly service and comfortable modern inside. Kiosk ordering is nice. Food is usually what you’d expect from Taco Bell. I’d say they were tastier back in the day but things change. Bring back the Meximelts!

Pros: The place is very spacious and modern. The staff is friendly and helpful. The quality of the food is as good as can be expected from taco bell.
Cons: The sauces are no longer available for you to grab them yourself. And even if you order the sauces from the kiosk, they dont give you the exact amount you ordered, so you have to go back and ask for more.

They gave me a Chicken Chalupa that was old and hard as a rock!. There’s no way this was an accident because anyone with common sense would know better then to serve something like that out to a customer!.
