I don’t usually eat at Taco Bell, but after driving 10 hrs Taco Bell happened to be the closest place other than McDonald’s which we had for lunch. I was excited as they had a mini taco salad on the menu. I ordered it with no beans. When I opened the taco salad I noticed it had no beef either. I brought it to the counter and the girl looked at it and said I see beef right there. What she saw was beef juice. She said I am sorry it is one scoop of beef we put in there. There was absolutely no ground beef just the juice. Lettuce, tomato, sour cream and guac is not really the meal I wanted. The least they could have done since I got no beans was to suggest they could add another actual scoop of meat not just liquid. Well I just waisted $3, thanks Taco Bell.

You know I would have probably kept my mouth shut about my experience if i didn’t end up sick with what I’m guessing is food poisoning the day after I ate here. When I pulled up the car there was a car sitting outside running. Some girl in a Taco Bell uniform kept coming up to the car and as I was walking in she came out to bring food out to the car. My phone happened to ring so I was standing outside talking and when she woman opened the door it smelled like a blunt. I probably would have ignored this entire situation but when they rolled the back windows down there was too small kids sitting in the back seat of the car. When I went inside she ended up coming in to actually do some work and even know I’m use to being around people who smoke but she smelled like bud so bad the smell was making me sick to my stomach, it smelled like she hasn’t washed her clothes in weeks and smoked every day wearing that uniform. I understand this is a Taco Bell but I’m a firm believer that you should be professional in whatever job you have. Doesn’t matter if you work at Taco Bell or scrubbing toilets you should be a professional, as an adult coming into work smelling like that driving with kids in the car, you should be embarrassed. If you were my employee I would have fired you on the spot, reported the driver to the cops for driving around with the kids in the car and gladly signed a complaint with cps on you. Grow up

The drive thru sucks. You have to order with a computer talking cashier. The computer messed up my order when I said the order was incorrect the computer said it can add or remove items. I told the computer to remove an item that I did not order and instead of removing it, it added more quantities of the item. Finally a human got on the mic and asked me what was incorrect. I will not be back.

This Taco Bell by far one of the finest in the area. We frequent this restaurant and always find it to be impeccably clean which includes the bathrooms. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. Additionally the food is always very good, fresh and well made. We also find that the orders are always accurately filled.

Decent Fast-food served by mediocre Staff in a depressed Location. Arranged on “Fast-food” Alley with a Burger King, Chipotle and McDonald’s nearby… this Taco Bell does a better-than-average job getting your Order to you Quickly and Correctly; which is typically not the case with the unskilled Labor used to fill in the “Mass Exodus” job slots open these days. I’ve not gotten sick from anything I’ve bought there… and their Food tastes pretty good for Cookie-cutter Tex-Mex cuisine.
