i went there earlier this night to get dinner for me and my mom. when i get home i noticed that two out of my moms three soft tacos were covered in some liquid (not sure if it’s excessive grease or water or something else) there was so much to the point that one of them had liquid on the actual taco itself. i cannot believe this! this is terrible!!

On December 3rd, 20:01 an employee at this location loudly questioned my military service, told me my Air Force record ‘didn’t matter,’ humiliated me in front of other customers, and then refused to serve me. As a veteran, I’ve never been treated with such disrespect at any restaurant. Multiple witnesses were present. I will be escalating this to Taco Bell corporate and the franchise owner. I cannot recommend any veteran or active-duty member eat here until this is addressed and the employee is held accountable.

I routinely get the wrong food at this location.
Today was no different.

The Taco Supreme in my cravings box came as just a regular taco. Fine. Mistakes happen.
I went in, showed them the incorrectly prepared item, explained that it was supposed to be a Supreme. They said ok, and I went back outside to the tables to enjoy the rest of my meal. 5 minutes later, a staff member came out to my table, demanding the incorrect item back as a condition for making a replacement (correct) item. I stated that I am against unnecessary food waste, and that I knew it would go right in the trash, were I to return it. She flashed a stupid grin, repeated the same line, and I stood my ground. She went back inside. The manager then came out with a (hastily prepared) Taco Supreme that had spite written all over it, and said to me, “Next time, we need the item back.”

No. Next time, get my order right the first time. I showed the incorrect item to more than one staff member, including that same manager, more than once. It’s not the taco’s fault that the staff can’t consistently prepare food as it is ordered. Had I driven home, saw it was wrong, and wasted the gas and time to come back, would they still have demanded the item back?

I have, on a previous visit, had a staff member rudely snatch an incorrect item directly out of my hand. This is the only Taco Bell I’ve been to that does this. The customer service here is just plain appalling most days. I only go to the drive thru anymore at this location, even if I’m eating inside, because they take a million years to even acknowledge you if you go inside.

Sad, because this location started out good, but didn’t take long to go downhill.

I personally feel like this location is underrated. I just left there with a friend , we skipped lunch so we wanted a small bite to eat for a small price. We shared the 9$ box. I also ordered a two piece cinnamon bites. It was less than 13$.Let me tell you I never eat the chips but they were so fresh. Everything was 100% fresh I never had the cinnamon bites so perfect.wow also the customer service was excellent. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit and you should definitely give this location a visit. Thank you taco bell

I usually don’t do fast food but, I had a taste for a beef chalupa supreme. I must say it was the worst I’ve ever had. Really, really bad. Won’t be going back again. Sorry not sorry.

I visit this location very often at all times, I love the friendly staff always in good mood & positive vibes. I use the mobile app and my order is always right and the food is always fresh. Ive seen the manager working in all the areas of the store, window, floor and food prep. Nice to see leaders engaging with customers and the staff.

It’s no way the prices are this much and they are this stingy with meat for the tacos or nachos I received the nachos and when I say it was literally just a lil bit of meat on one chip then the rest of the nachos just had cheese no way then they said if I want extra meat it’s a charge, first off where is the meat to begin with and def have proof. I need to complain to corporate

Doesn’t anyone like stale Chalupas? I’m 52 years old, been to many Taco Bells in my life. I know Chalupas are hit n miss. Sometimes ya catch a bad one, it’s fine.. The Chalupas I just got from this Taco bell were the worst I’ve ever seen. So bad, that for the first time, I’m leaving a bad review. Which I’ve never done before. This food would’ve been better from the dumpster. I’m not kidding. Chalupas so stale, it crumbled into little dry chips with one bite. So Pennsauken TacoBell wins the prize! For the worst food. Never again

This has been, hands down, the best Taco Bell in the area since it opened recently. This was a big boon for us with the closest ones before being the awful KFC combo on 73 and the Haddonfield Rd location, which is a nightmare most of the time. Quality control in Pennsauken is great, and the portions are good. On the one occasion that they did make a minor mistake with one detail in one of my orders, they acknowledged it and fixed it right away without grumbling. Never had any issues with them including sauces or napkins in drive thru orders. I’m leaving a review because this location deserves a much better star rating. Keep it up!

Update: they have not kept it up.

This location is now always dirty, and if you go in instead of using the drive-thru, good luck.

They take 10-15 minutes to even acknowledge your presence at the counter, and seem to only care about keeping the drive thru moving at the expense of all other customers. Also, portions are often small now, order accuracy is suffering, and they like skimping out on the meat and loading things up with lettuce, thinking you won’t notice.

Good luck asking them to remake something, also. You’re bound to be kept waiting another 20 minutes after standing at the counter for 10…

We go through the drive through. The guy was taking our order. My dad says no meat please. He repeats “second window” in a sassy voice. We get to the second window. My dad says no meat, my friend. The guy says “If you didn’t order anything with meat then you won’t get meat”. My dad said it again because he thought he didn’t hear him the first time. The guy said it in a disrespectful tone while looking down. He hands the bag aggressively and shuts the window while we were trying to say something. I couldn’t even finish the bean burrito because it didn’t taste like beans. The chalupa was crunchy. Overall, trash experience.
