Loving Taco bell since I was a kid. Nothing has changed exceptthe process are now so sky high. It’s cheaper going out to eat at Applebee’s, etc..The icees are so good. Sat in drive thru for 20 minutes. There’s no way to leave. Ended just leaving when I finally got to window. The whole time I sat there I could clearly see 3 people standing there just standing around talking. The one dropped her Santa hat. Don’t worry she has plenty of time to pick it up, dust it off, and put it back on. Terrible.

I have to begin by saying I travel a lot….I am fussy about fast food…This Taco Bell was exceptionally clean and well run…I was there on a Saturday evening and they were busy inside as well as the drive up window.This Manager had a great crew working… They were clean and polite to the customers

How tf can you call this a chicken chalupa without chicken and don’t even bother to mention it to me ahead of time if you’re out or some sort of issue I consider this poor it’s like trying to call a pizza a pizza without the sauce or cheese bad enough not even busy was the only person there in the drive through I highly do not recommend this place unless the chicken just plain looks like the beef on the taco if so then I apologize if anything but if that’s the case could at least use grilled chicken bits or pieces for the chicken chiluipas

Taco ball always has good food!!! This location was sub par, the seating area was disheveled, they forced us to use the self serve kiosk because they “only use one of the 3 registers and the one they use isnt working”, and the tacos were only 1/3 full! (Pics attached)

Yall should really greet and help customers instead of standing there talking to each other. I know yall have a self ordering system but a little courtesy goes a long way. And if people enjoy a certain kind of soda that is ordered often have back up of it. Btw sauce should be free. At least the food was good but yall can do better if yall coordinate better. It maybe just a job for yall but that’s someone’s investment.

I’ve been going here for years and it’s gone so far down in quality so fast. I’ll let the pictures speak for me but these are almost $3 a piece and look what you get. Stale shells and practically empty. For 6 bucks go get a bag of Doritos and a pound of ground beef and make your own. Everything I got was riding the line between edible and decorative, kinda like a bar of soap shaped like a chocolate. Looks good on the outside but once you take a bite you regret your decision. Waste of money, go to any of the others in the area and you’ll get way better food
