Cheese not melted, my order ignored because a group of high school girls showed up. If I wasn’t sane, I would’ve destroyed the kiosks. Waited ~30minutes INSIDE.

Terrible service. First, the young lady taking the order started with ” Whats your order” not hello. Not how may I help you. The slushy drink that I ordered was only half filled. The young lady handed me everything then walked away from the window. I beeped my horn a few times to try to get her to return to the window request the drink be filled. She never returned.
Then I get home and immediately see that my tacos are so thin I thought they were empty. With the small amount that was in them you could say it was a tablespoon of ingredients spread across the 6 tacos that I bought.

I’m trying to understand why it takes so long to get your order.
10-15 minutes per person.
I waited in line for 1 hour for fast food.
If I didn’t pay on the app, I would’ve gotten out of line like so many other people behind me. I watched people in front of me wait 10 minutes for their order. It was a box and a small bag.
This is the second time this has happened to me at this taco bell. If it was isolated, I’d have a little more grace.
To say I was frustrated is an understatement.
An hour.
There’s no way it should’ve taken this long.
And maybe if the girl at the window would’ve given me some kind of explanation I could’ve offered understanding. But she didn’t.
Never again.
If you want to go to this taco bell, stay away from the hours between 7 and 9. It’s just not worth it.

Sad to say but I wish I could give a 0 star. I ordered Taco Bell off DoorDash at 7 pm with a pick up at 7:30. Got there at 7:30 and spent 30 minutes in the drive through for them to tell me I had to come inside to grab it. I went inside and was told “it’s not ready yet” I then waited another 40 minutes for it to get started, not finished, started. Not sure if they were understaffed or new employees but this was honestly horrid. 1 hour for Taco Bell is insane. With nothing but a waist of time this is undoubtedly the worst experience I’ve had with “fast” food places.

I’m here embarrassingly enough to report that every time that I’ve come here in the past 2 years, my order has been correct! Even during really busy times. The staff is very attentive. Estephanie (I hope I’m spelling this right!) really was the icing on the cake tonight. Such a friendly and accommodating experience. She’s a breath of fresh air! Update: They gave me a train wreck of an order. I paid $5 extra for lava sauce on everything and a side of it. The guy told me yeah it’s in the box and I believed him. So I got back to my job it wasn’t in there. The dipping Taco was crushed to fit in the box. I asked for Lava Sauce (Extra $1) instead of nacho cheese and that was wrong.
I hate how everything is becoming modernized and taco bell’s atmosphere is dry and bland inside.

I got a Baja Blast Soda, and there was some strange white stuff at the bottom. I even dumped out the drink to figure out what it was, but still couldn’t tell. The taco shells were all broken and falling apart, making them impossible to eat. To top it off, my burrito was flat and had the wrong meat inside, even though I specifically asked for a different one. Really disappointing experience!
