It was my first time at this location, so I’m not sure they could have had a bad day. We chose to dine in and it really took a long time for just a burrito and a few tacos. The place was not busy at all (around 5pm) and I can say the drive through moved along much faster. There was no one in front of us and it took 12-15 minutes to get my order after we paid at the kiosk. The person coming in behind us got his meal when we were already halfway done. The person may have been new. Our order missed a taco, but I didn’t complain. We had enough food. But I have to say the dining area was dirty. Trash on the floor and dirty tables. If they had a busy lunch hour they could have cleaned up a bit by 5pm. The dining area was almost empty.

This place was great when it opened up (hot food). In the last 6 months we been getting cold food and I feed this to my toddler. I just got 2 ordered of potato fiesta and one of them is cold and my wife couldn’t get the fork in it plus my son ate 2 pieces. Called the store and spoke to the manager and he’s a nice guy and said he will replace but I don’t want another order of this horrible food. Customer service is great but the food is beyond horrible. I will never go back to this location. If you want cold food, go here.

Taco Bell!!! One of the newer stores to open. The food is always hot and fresh. Have not had any issues with orders being wrong. Clean and we’ll maintained. Staff always friendly.

Decided to try this one out and I was so disappointed. I stood inside for 10 minutes not even acknowledged or told that they would be right with me. There was 3 people working and only one car in the drive through. One of the employees was just playing on Her cell phone. I finally walked out and went to another establishment. I’ll never give this Taco Bell my money . poor customer service.

Went to the new taco bell on rt 38 , thinking should be a good experience. I order two Mexican pizza combos , 2 orders cinnamon snacks and a 12 count cinnamon delights. I am watching the meat being put on the 4 taco that equaled the size of a pen. Technically no meat in the 4 tacos , the manager says thats how we trane them. Loaded with lettuce that falls out.If I just wanted lettuce , I can get a head of lettuce for $2 I get home , I am missing my 12 cinnamon delights , a $6 value. I had to asked them fir my son’s watermelon freeze and they said oh yeah , we forgot..I called them five times about 10 minutes of my time and no answer. it is 1:53 pm. I was there at about 1:25. when I left the the store , I held the door for the only customers that were in the store. They will not answer the phone now.. They are the wurst taco bell that I been to , sad because it newer but hopefully it will not make it .. the manager at the time was clueless and couldn’t / wouldn’t give and answers to try to help. Do yourself a favor , don’t go there , I will appreciate this reveiw. I am now calling corporate.. see how far this manager thing goes..

If you go at night try to pre-order your food. I’m a doordasher and I sat waiting for the customers food for over an hour. It’s only 2 people on night shift and there were a lot of people. I normally never have that issue.
