Everyone goes through the drive thru because if you go inside you have to order on the kiosk and it’s infuriating, very difficult to navigate. I’m sure with practice it’s easier but for a once in a while visit, i personally hated it.

Went through the drive through around midnight, got a crunch wrap and specifically requested extra meat. It was better than I normally get where the crunch wrap has like no meat and is mostly lettuce, but a majority of the meat was on one side. It wasn’t busy or I’d understand but c’mon, care a bit when you’re working. I’m pretty done with trying to get anything decent other than a basic taco.

Excellent Customer service and the food was really good, tasted fresh, whoever rolled my burrito knew what they were doing. None of the food felt “thrown together”, as is so common with fast food. But our food was excellent and the woman who took my order through the drive thru was very polite and kind.

this is just awful, we were there yesterday at about 13:00 PM with the whole family. I can’t believe that we got food poisoning… I’ve been to other Taco Bell establishments before, everything was delicious and good. It’s just unthinkable that this happened! Be careful in this establishment especially with burritos.

Their service has been going downhill for years, and their food is very inconsistent. Sometimes it’s good and sometimes you’ll have issues. They recently remodeled, but that didn’t change anything service wise. I went here right before they closed for remodeling and found a long black hair in my burrito. My last time here was the reason I will no longer come here or recommend this taco bell. I placed a large order, we often order a few days worth through their app, and when my wife picked up the food, she made it a point to ask if they were sure everything was in the bags. They said yes. She got home, and we were missing 4 specialty tacos, $17, no small amount. I contacted support right away through the app and never heard back from anyone, 1 week later, I again contacted them through the app, and still no response. I have never seen a chain restaurant just ignored my complaint before. I was tempted to give them 2 stars because the food tastes good most times, but the service is just not worth coming here if you end up with an issue.
