I was greeted very friendly in the drive thru this afternoon. The lady at the window also greeted me with a big smile. All my food was made correct and they were generous with the sauce packets without me having to force the issue. Also said merry Christmas. Not too often are you treated that nicely in fast food. Great job

The guy in the back was more worried about running his mouth to customers than using his eyes to read and do his simple job of putting meat in a taco shell. No lettuce couldn’t be any clearer. Thank god they work here and not somewhere important..

This Taco Bell is the only one I use around Glassboro or Gloucester County in general. They are quick and efficient with orders in store and the drive thru. Never have to wait long like some other TB’s in the area. The store is always clean and staff is friendly and helpful.

Food was good, my crunchy tacos were trashed. Got 2 bags of chips and they were just thrown in the bag, most were crushed. With the way most of my food was dust, it’s great to eat if you have a broken jaw or no teeth.

Nicki (I believe a manager) went absolutely above and beyond to make me a coffee while seemingly doing a million other tasks. She has such a warm and beautiful spirit and it just made my whole day!! The store itself is always clean and they never get my order wrong. Shoutout to Nicki and her whole team for providing an amazing experience every time!

What is going on -This use to be the best tacobell !! I don’t know who made the food today but something is not right I just bought a combo meal that I had to throw out after I bit into my taco and it smelled like rotten lettuce and throw up!! I literally gagged

Taco Bell has Terrible Customerservice trying to order inside! The drive-through was very busy so I went inside to place an order. One person was waiting for his food and two other young men were placing orders on the two self order computer screens and no one was at the counter offering to take my order. The worker passed by and I asked if she could take my order and she said no you have to use the computer screens. I had already been waiting 10 minutes and the other customers we’re still trying to place their orders using the self-service computer screens. At this point I left the store very frustrated that no one would take my order in person. If you’re going to open your doors to customers you need to provide customer service when people who want to order directly. It’s OK to have computer screens for people who want to place their order that way but not everyone does and if you’re only gonna have two screens, it becomes useless, A waste of time for people who have to wait long time to place their order and then another long way to get your order. So I left the store and I went down the street to the Peking Chinese buffet which has great customer service and within five minutes I was sitting down and eating a tasty meal. They actually had a mini burrito featured on the Buffay that night Which to my surprise taste exactly like a chicken soft taco at Taco Bell so I was very pleased that I still was able to get my chicken soft taco that I was going to order. I highly recommend the Peking buffet In Glassboro and they had amazing service and delicious food. I don’t think I’ll ever be going to the Taco Bell in Glassboro again. I would not recommend going inside to eat there although the drive-through was busy and I know their food is good, bad customer service can put a bad taste in your mouth regardless of how good your food is. I always like to give a good review But unfortunately this time it was not deserved. Go somewhere else for inside ordering.
