The food is always good at this location. However, even if the dining room is empty it takes 20 minutes for the food to come out. Pick up orders will come and go and so will the drive in. Every time we come here it takes this long and sometimes we even need to say something. It is getting a little frustrating since this locations food is actually always good.

Everyone who works here is super friendly and the food is as good as it’s supposed to be. That being said, they will forget to give you your cinnamon twists 100% of the time. I have been here on dozens of occasions and have had to check my bag (because you have to), found no cinnamon twists, gotten back in line to get the cinnamon twists I should have gotten in the first place. I have lost minutes of my life waiting for cinnamon twists. This happens 100% of the time.

This new Taco Bell had the best customer service and food I’ve seen in any Taco Bell fast food drive thru. Every time I come here I am greeted by a pleasant person with an outstanding personality. Every employee I’ve come across here is very sincere and kind to me and some even go out of there way to entertain me with small talk that’s personable but not invasive. Awesome job to this Taco Bell.
The food is always hot, fresh, and delicious.. I sort of thought maybe because it was new that the first week or so was going to be the best service, as to make a good first impression.. but the service here is just as good as my first visit and it’s been open for about 5 or 6 months now? ✌️

The food was as you’d expect from a high-end Taco Bell. One thing I’d like to share is the lady in drive thru AND at the window were very upbeat and happy. They had great energy and called me “sweetie”. Which I’m here for!

Till date, my wife and I have to say – last nights drive-thru attendee (Jaquanda – high possibility, I butchered her name, so apologies) has been by far the best ever. From her calm composure voice, her attitude towards helping us order since the app wasn’t working, and just overall customer service deserves salutation and she should provide customer service training for all fast food restaurants. Hats off to you and thank you! If we are returning customers to only this Taco Bell locations, it’s solely because of her!!
