I recently visited a Taco Bell location and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with the experience. As soon as I walked in the door, I was greeted with a warm smile from the staff, which immediately made me feel welcome and appreciated as a customer. The restaurant itself was refreshingly clean and well-maintained, which further added to my positive impression.
When it came time to order, the staff were friendly and helpful, and they made sure to get my order right. And when I received my food, I was blown away by the quality and taste. Each bite was bursting with flavor.
I also appreciated the cleanliness of the bathrooms, which were well-stocked with supplies and sparkling clean. Overall, my experience at Taco Bell was top-notch, and I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for delicious fast food in a clean and welcoming environment.

Very poor experience at this Taco Bell in Wharton, NJ on December 20. I was sick and picked up a DoorDash order through the drive-thru because I couldn’t get out of my car. I waited over 30 minutes. When I explained my situation, a manager aggressively told me to go inside, said I was “holding up the line,” and told me that next time I should wear a mask. He raised his voice and was extremely disrespectful. Being treated this way while ill was upsetting and unacceptable. Total lack of empathy and professionalism.

Placed a drive-thru order at the end of my 12hr shift and arrived to an insanely long line. Dead tired I just wanted to cancel the order and go home but couldn’t through the app. Admittedly was a little annoyed I couldn’t go in since they closed the dining room and probably looked crazy trying to talk to the guy through the drive through window. After calling the store they were able to cancel my order. 100% apologize for any attitude I had but the manager on duty was super great and highly appreciated what he did.

Every time I’ve been to this location the staff seem to be so stingy with the green sauce even though I paid for it.
Second time this happens I arrive home and realized I was charged for sauce but not give. One single pack of sauce….

Tragic portions. I came here at night time and got 2 quesadillas, 2 chalupas, and a bowl. Both quesadillas and no chicken in half of the tortilla or any cheese. I posted it on the internet and hope it goes viral. I wonder if they can be held criminally responsible that is literally scamming people. By the time i got home it was too late to bring the food back and get a refund, nor was it worth it. $30 dollars down the drain. And this is in an economy where that can make or break being able to eat for the week. Use your money wisely elsewhere

Worst Taco Bell ever! I’ve been to this location multiple times and every single time the workers are always rushing you with an attitude to make your order as soon as you pull up to the drive thru. All just for them to make the orders wrong, give you wrong items and unviable small amounts of food. This is how they made my order. Both of the tacos had literally two tiny pieces of meat. Very disappointing
