I’ve eaten food from here a lot over the years. Used to get burrito supremes, chicken quesadillas and queseritos which were all pretty good. Recently I’ve switched to mostly vegetarian when eating out and their veg options are pretty solid. Love their black bean burrito and nacho cheese fries. Their power bowl is also really good. Drive thru has been convenient over the years.

The drive thru boy was the most miserable person I’ve come across in a long time. I rarely go to Taco Bell but tonite my son wanted it, so I went for him. While there, I decided to get for myself too. I ordered a diet pepsi, but it tasted funny, so I did ask if it was diet. He informed me it was, he just poured it, see it’s still dripping. It surprised me at his attitude. I’m diabetic so I have to be careful with the drinks. He was hard to understand because he spoke low, fast, and jumbled. I called him a few minutes later and he tried to pass himself off as the manager. I knew it was him, the miserable voice was the same. His name, I cannot recall,. This whole terrible interaction was just before 7:30 pm, 12/01/25. My money I can’t get back, but I will never go back for fear of being treated like that again. I’ll spend my hard earned money elsewhere. I told my son, he’s on his own when it comes to Taco Bell.

If I could give this dump ZERO stars I would. Every, single, time my husband and I think it’s a good idea to order from here it is completely wrong. Food that’s main ingredient is “beef” has nothing but cheese and lettuce. All the food was wrong yet again. We pay for this stuff. I call since we live farther away just to politely tell the woman who cannot speak English the problem and she hangs up on me before I can get any words out. Not once but three times she hangs up. Whoever this franchise owner is needs to get his people in check. I have to point out though that Rida, the manager was extremely helpful and I appreciate her kindness.

Forgets items every time and burdens you with having to come back to restaurant to get refund. Also penny pinches sauces so just not worth the hassle. Go to Moe’s across the street and avoid the headache.

We tried chicken cantina bowl and crispy and soft tacos. Tacos were good as always but got disappointed with the bowl. It didn’t even look like the way it was shown in the picture. I would rather have burrito bowls from other places than this chicken cantina bowl.

Talked to the on duty supervisor, Sonia, who couldn’t help me resolve an online transaction dispute plus her English language was subpar. I proceeded to order a quesadilla without chipotle and a vegan burrito without strips and tomatoe. They messed my order and sitting at home hungry. Waste of trip . Customer Service is subpar here.

Again they messed up my order.actually I ordered 5 layer beefy burrito(vegan- beef excluded) and they delivered regular beefy burrito. I follow my religion and they just broke my religious belief. I never had beef in my life. Due to their silly mistake, it hurt my religious belief.

We went out to eat to escape the heat and the restaurant didn’t have ac! It was excessively hot inside to the point where I was sweating. On top of that my wife got bad chicken in her burrito and they were like too bad. I’ve had other bad experiences here too. Often wrong orders, duplicate online orders that were a hassle to get fixed. Stay away from this place.
