I usually do a mobile order and pick up at the drive-thru. There is something for everyone. And always good deals and rewards. The employee at the window is always so kind and helpful. This is one of my favorite fast food stops.

I normally love this Taco Bell, the staff is always great. But tonight I opened one of my tacos and took some of the lettuce out, only the find TWO BUGS in the lettuce. Originally I had only seen one small dead spider, but when I picked it up to look at it closer, a LIVE ANT JUMPED OUT of the lettuce. I am absolutely disgusted and mortified by not only the bugs but by the fact that I had already eaten a couple bites of that taco, and the entire rest of my order BEFORE I noticed bugs had literally been living in the taco. Not sure if this is an issue with the lettuce or with the preparation area but it’s so insanely nasty. i dont plan on coming to this taco bell for a while

Service has been horrible. Slow orders in both device tru inside. Currently in Taco Bell and been inside for 20 minutes and still have not revived my order they claim they are very busy there is only 5 people in here. Iv also noticed recently the food has been crushed from poor care

Went in at 9am when they open on a Saturday. Every table I tried to sit at was sticky. After looking around for a table I noticed the floors weren’t mopped either. If they can’t even keep the front clean I can only imagine how bad the kitchen must be.
