First of all the place is located at a mall in general the food is really tasty but the person which in my case was a grown latin hispanic women who took my order was really un polite takes and put in the system the order she wants and she makes its seem like she is correct. I placed an order of a crunchy taco meal and she was like thats is each time like rushing to take my order when there was nobody else behind me. At the end my order comes and it was the supreme taco meal when i never placed that order. And she acted like of i had mentioned it to her when i never did. Really bad service and her attitude even worse.

worst service ever. took everyone before making the mobile orders. took 10 minutes for them to even start it. forgot my drink and forgot to put cheese on my burrito. so annoying and they weren’t apologetic at all. one of the cooks also was using the screen with his gloves on and went right back to making the food. so gross.

I’ve been to this Taco Bell before and the service was ok. I went today and the person taking our order decided to answer her phone while we were ordering. After hanging up couldn’t get our straight and then charged us $48.00 for 4 burritos ( chicken and beef with cheese) I understand it’s more for the extra meat. but not that much..We were there a few days ago and the same order was 25.00. Seriously?

Food test was just ok – Veggie Bean Burrito & cheese quesadilla. Was busy on Labor Day weekend. Only 3 staff members were there so was not easy for them to handle all customers needs I guess. Found tables easily for seating.

Most expensive Taco Bell in the U.S., and their combos actually cost more than buying the items separately. Their cheapest combo (3 regular tacos, drink) costs $12.99. The tacos and large drink cost $2.79 each – so a total of $11.16 (my local MI TB has tacos for $1.69). But if you get the combo you get to pay almost $2 more. The cashier tried to get me to change my individual order to a combo. Avoid this place.

Today I went to taco bell in willowbrook mall. First I ask for one supreme crunch which is 4.19 on the website and when i payed i had to pay for two which isn’t what I asked for. Then they made me wait 10 minutes when there supposed to be a fast food place and came out and told me they cancelled my order. Once I finally got my order after waiting for 15 minutes I only get one taco not two which is what I paid for and when going up to say something they tried to start an argument telling me I only paid for one which is completely ridiculous. Awful customer service.

This Taco Bell is located in the most crowded food court I have ever been to. The parking lot is miserable, traffic is terrible, and it’s nowhere close to the highway – do NOT go here if you’re trying to make a quick stop. Plus some of the prices are over double the prices at other Taco Bell I’ve been to.
