Second time coming to this Taco Bell and they always get my order wrong. Last time we ordered at the desk and got 6 tacos 3 supreme no tomato and 3 regular no tomato. They added tomatoes to all the tacos and didn’t add sour cream to any. Today I ordered on the kiosk thinking it would be easier I got 6 tacos all supreme no tomato extra cheese. They gave me all without sour cream again. I don’t understand why I’m paying at least a dollar extra when I’m clearly not getting what I asked for. Very disappointed with the Vernon Taco Bell.

Avoid this location unless you want to waste money and get attitude when THEY forget to put your food in the bag and act like youre trying to get free items. I have never had such an issue with a taco bell in my life and after all of that I return home to find the main item (and most expensive) also missing. Choose another location. This ones terrible AND the soft taco shells were hard & stale with the drinks being so watered down you can barely taste any flavor. Avoid avoid avoid.

My order took a little over 10 minutes to be made and on top of the wait there was stuff wrong when I got it. I ordered a chicken quesadilla and the nacho cheese fries. The quesadilla was completely covered in oil and the fries didn’t even have the seasoning, the fries are usually orange due to the nacho cheese seasoning and if you’ve gotten them before you know how bright the color is. There wasn’t even a hint of the seasoning and honestly it’s upsetting since I also had to wait a long time for my order. This isn’t the first time my order has been messed up from this Taco Bell and I can’t do anything about it as this is the closest one to my house but honestly at this point I will not be going back. The reviews speak for themselves and nothing is being done about all these issues.

Honestly you never know what you’re getting with this place hence the four stars BUT I had the nicest experience tonight at Taco Bell. The blonde woman working tonight at the drive through was very patient with us and very nice even after a bunch of questions, the food came out at a reasonable time, and it was really good. Would reccomend.

My friend ordered in the car on the way here. I walked in, ordered on the kiosk, waited for my food (10 minutes), got it, ate it, waited 20 more minutes, and he still had to go up a 4th time and ask where his food is. His app said his food would be ready at 5:50. he took his first bite at 6:11. On top of that my cheesy steak dipping burritos werent melted. Do not go here just go get burger king

As you can see from the other reviews, this location definitely needs some work. First, they were out of Baja blast freezes so we needed to get normal ones (fine whatever not their fault maybe), THEN after we pull away from the drive thru we realize that we only got 3 out of 6 tacos we ordered and payed for. Not only did we only get 3, the tacos were about 1/4th actually full and did not have the cardboard around the tacos (they were Doritos locos). Plus the nacho fries had barely any seasoning on them as other reviews have mentioned. After we realized this we go back through the drive thru and tell the person at the speaker what went wrong and they told us to come to the next window. We end up sitting and waiting at the window for about 30 minutes before we decided to give up because nobody came. It is very disappointing because I would have much rathered they just tell us that for some reason they were out of everything we ordered so we did not spend our money for food that was not actually given to us. Do better Taco Bell.

Worst Taco Bell I’ve been too. Waited over 20 minutes for my food while being the only group in the dining room. Food came out cold and my order was wrong and missing half my add ons that I paid for. Politely asked the red hair manager to remake my order and she had the snarkiest attitude. Place is a 0/10 and they didn’t have baja blast.
