I ordered the cantina bowl for takeout. It was delicious I must add, BUT I did not receive a fork. I was hunger so then proceeded to dig in with my bare hands. This has happened once before ( same location) and I went to Walmart last time to purchase a fork myself. Going back i somehow managed to get rice stuck under my fingernails. IF YOUR GOING TO GET A CANTINA BOWL KEEP FORKS IN YOUR CAR YOU WILL THANK ME LATER. A true sigma like myself should NOT have to go through this!

Waited 20 minutes for my food AFTER it was ordered and they didn’t even cook it all the way. Got a cantina chicken taco and the cheese was not cooked, taco was barely warm. Waste of time.

Was having repairs being done while serving food. Garbage cans were full. Soda Pepsi was flat.very loud noises coming from the kitchen area.nobody was there to great you.

I did an online order and got the cravings box for $7 and changed the chalupa supreme to chicken instead of beef which costed extra and I’m missing that in my box. A total of 4 items should be in this box and I missing 1 and that’s my chicken chalupa supreme no tomatoes. I should have a total of 7 items including the drink it comes with and I only got 6 items. It should have been 7 items because I also got my free reward which was a cheesy Gordita crunch and I also got the double beef burrito. Tried calling the store and of course no answer as usual. Same as the Vernon store. They DO NOT pick up their phones. I’m so disappointed and they have never made a mistake at the Franklin Taco Bell when I do in app orders.

Selections are numerous and they change frequently. The kiosk has many negative issues, but can order at counter. The service is on the slow side but the selections are usually generously filled even though the cost is not as cheap as it once was and continue to rise. You can still find value in the luxe pack selections.

Wait times are on the longer side and you are more likely than not to receive the wrong item or items without ingredients.

The food is normally pretty good, but that’s if everything is correct. They do get it wrong pretty often even if it’s something simple like three tacos. Their service is normally extremely slow but they are all really nice and have good attitudes. Service time is my main complaint. You’ll be sitting in the drive through for almost ten minutes even if there’s just a few cars.

This is by far the WORST taco bell I have ever been to. The food is absolutely disgusting and the service is worse. I was shorted a burrito, and the ones I got were wrong. The food quality wasn’t worthy of dog food. The tacos were one with their wrappers, rendering them inedible.

I had to take my review down to post this photo. For seven dollars, there should be A LOT more food in this crunch wrap Supreme. I ate mostly lettuce. The ONLY meat wad to the left as seen in the picture. I’m curious… is this what my favorite taco bell turned into? Who made this? Whe. You spend money here, no matter the amount, you should be getting what you paid for. I didn’t pay for lettuce. I paid for a crunch wrap supreme. I’d rather post it here so you all can see that something is up at this taco bell. Be wary and check your food before you leave!
