I walked in to pick up my order to find an employee fighting with what appeared to be the manager at the counter. My food was taking forever so I asked for help. The employee prepping the food rudely barked at the counter worker who asked how much longer for my order. Although I received a notification was order was ready, I waited for an additional 18 minutes before I was served. So disappointing to order food only to be faced with poor service and then food not prepared as ordered. Paid extra for pico and got barely any. I’d rather drive further for better service. Do yourself a favor and avoid this location.

Apparantly when you order online and do “extra sour cream, extra beef, easy on the beans” that means just throw a taco into a burrito wrap with nothing extra added. I’m paying money for those additions it’s not a favor you’re doing for me. Whoever was working the night of FEBRUARY 9TH at 9pm, SHOULD be fired. This is absolutely ridiculous. I did not spend an extra 2-3$ just for the shits and gigs. Absolutely ridiculous.

We were using a $10-off coupon from our previous bad experience, and somehow this visit managed to be even worse. At this point, if they don’t actually want to work or provide even the bare minimum level of customer service, they should honestly just stay closed.
First off, half my order was straight-up missing. No sour cream for the quesadilla, no cinnamon twists, no nacho chips (but the cheese was tossed in?), and no soft taco supreme. It’s like they just grab random items and hope you won’t notice.
The Gatorade? It tasted like straight syrup. Not slightly sweet — literally syrup. Completely undrinkable.
My chicken chalupa was a joke. It had two sad pieces of chicken, and the shell was so stale it crumbled apart the moment I picked it up.
And the packaging? Absolutely ridiculous. Everything that was supposed to be neatly organized into FOUR boxes was instead thrown into bags like someone was having a meltdown. Wrappers half-open, food spilling out, items crushed together — all because we refused to let them cheat their drive-thru timer by pulling into a parking spot. Apparently, if you don’t play along with their shady system, they treat your order like garbage.
This location is a mess. If the staff can’t handle basic tasks or be remotely professional, they shouldn’t be open at all.

There’s a lot of hate and evil in this world but non will be found at MY.Taco.Bell! The employees are some of the kindest customer service workers known to Jersey. Being a busy location, my order is still always fulfilled in a timely manner. They aren’t always perfect on the order, but hey , just have patience with them and they will have patience with you. It’s just food <3

I forgot to take a picture of the quesadillas that I ate, but my tacos were yummy and hot. Sucks that they were so hot the shell got moist and stuck at the bottom of the wrap. Even my bag was packaged neatly. Whoever was working on Thursday at 11 am, you fr the goat, my food was heavenly. I don’t like that the app doesn’t let you get sweetened iced tea, so I always have to spill out the unsweetened and put sweetened. W food, w place, w location too honestly, I’ve never seen it busy when I go for lunch.

This is the worst location and some of the worst managers are in this location, I don’t understand what kind of training they got, like not to co-operate or listen to customers. If something wrong with the food or if we have to replace something because sometimes they make the food or ingredients which we don’t even add or ordered, they don’t want to replace, instead they prefer argue with the customers ruining Taco Bells good reputation. Taco bell has to take this matter seriously and take some action as some managers and staff members in this location specifically, are messing up everything because neither some staff members nor some managers want to listen or cooperate with customers just always ready to argue with no politeness, non-cooperative behaviour, rudest and worst staff ever.

I have always liked this Taco Bell, but lately when I started coming back again after being out of the area for a while, the food hasn’t been made as good. I love the crispy Cantina Chicken Taco and I have gotten it a few times here. The last two times, it was not made well or consistently. This time I opened it here, dining in, and it was all crushed. I couldn’t even really pick it up to eat it. I have a photo of this one.
The last time I got that same taco here, it wasn’t crispy at all. The cheese was not melted to the outside like it should be.
I did not complain either time. Quite frankly I just got out of work both times and just wanted to relax and it was edible. But next time, if it comes out badly again I think I will mention something so they can hopefully start making it the right way.

Ordered soft 12 tacos party pack, 3 cheese double beef burritos and 3 beef crunchy tacos. Tacos had barely any food in it, barely any meat, cold tacos. Got only 10 souces for all that food. Did not receive requested souses as well!!! Last time I got this food from this location! Not worth it! You’re losing a client.

My supreme chalupa shell was cold and had 95% lettuce couldn’t even taste the meat / the supreme fries were luke warm too idk how my food can be cold if I ordered at the restaurant and waited so long. It also took forever to get my food. 100% sure it’s my last time ever eating Taco Bell it’s a waste of money and calories.
