The service was ok. I wasn’t greeted while standing at the counter for a bit. I placed a mobile order before arriving, and had to keep a lookout for it because they weren’t calling out names or numbers. Oh well. I came this day, strictly for the apple empanada! I never got to try it back in the day, so was super excited to try it on my podcast! This empanada was crispy and I think fried like the Popeyes apple pie! It had these lovely little air bubbles that added more texture to it! The caramel warmed my soul! I do wish that there were more apples, but overall, this apple empanada was a CRAVE IT! I hope this keep it on the menu!

I come here like once a week and have never had issues with orders being too slow or wrong. One day it was backed up and I waited a few more minutes, but otherwise the order is ready within five minutes, at most, and I try all kinds of different things.

Worst customer service ever. You people are so busy making orders you ignore customers waiting to pay after ordering on the kiosk. I waited twelve minutes before you asked me what I was doing and then you told my order won’t show up on the screen until I paid. You think I have time to wait another twelve minutes?
You almost made me miss my bus and it’s freaking cold and windy outside and I just got out of work and won’t be home for forty minutes.

I ordered in the app and had to wait 25 minutes longer than the time the app suggested it’ll take. The front and back were visibly dirty. There was some brown dried up spilled stuff on the sauce packets. The food is mediocre, but you get a lot for your buck. Maybe other locations are cleaner and better kept. I was excited to try Taco Bell and this location was a bit disappointing in cleanliness and service but the food was ok and the prices lower than in NYC.

Very slow service. It’s been a while since I’ve been to “fast food”, but you might as well go sit down at a busy restaurant and you’ll get food quicker than here. And the sad thing is, there were two other people waiting. It’s not like it was jam-packed.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would, I waited over an hour to get my delivery for 2 crunchy tacos combo, they arrived soggy and disgusting, I called to ask a refund or at least some solution the person over the phone was not helpful just said we can not do anything about it. Call DoorDash which in the beginning I did not place the order on their app. Totally unhelpful.

Standard garbage Taco Bell in the city. Staff always seems lost and is incredibly slow. Plan to order your food 1 hour ahead of time during rush times.

Not always the best Taco Bell location, but today they didn’t have nacho fries anymore and my rewards did not load. The manager Catherine was very nice and helpful and gave me a sample of the freeze reward. You never get good customer service anymore and she was a great manager. Thank you!

Got delivery, Crunchwrap and burrito were both soggy. Never had a non crunchy Crunchwrap supreme. Better to go to any other location.
