YAMI AMAZING worker honestly best one ive had in years from this location beautiful customer service went beyond for Taco Bell customers especially others around me I honestly was surprised how great she was 0 attitude 0 madness super genuine and kind. Please give that girl a raise!!!! Taco Bell needs more employees like her with such amazing demeanor thank you Yamiri/yami!!!!! Employees at this location get mad when they get my order wrong and give me horrible attitude some girl in the window late shift was just rude yelling at me for absolutely no reason she had forgotten to give me my sauce.

Went to Taco Bell to get lunch for my daughter . I got a 7$ Luxe box which I’ve gotten numerous times before, this time however it was atrocious. They completely messed up my daughter’s order they gave her the wrong food and the taco was completely crushed with barely any meat in it. I called to speak with the manager and she was as nasty as can be. Her name is Sandra horrible customer service skills I don’t understand how she has a job there She told me to come in after work to get the food replaced when I showed her the picture of the taco she said yeah that’s how it’s supposed to look they only put one scoop of meat in it. She was so rude . No apology at all .

This Taco Bell is always clean, and the service is fast. The employees are super friendly and if you have questions about the food they very patiently answer questions and explain what’s included in a meal.

This is the fifth time that after I pay for my order I am told to park in the front and wait. The issue is that it takes a really long time, sometimes 15+ minutes to get my order, and it is always missing something, then it takes even longer to get it fixed. To me it seems that they are manipulating the drive through order time for their leaderboard.

I ordered a regular soft taco. I was given a burnt hard taco that was supposed to be soft., and for the prices that they are charging now there is no way that this is the amount that I was given, especially on the cheese. I remember back then when these were a dollar and they did a way better job. This is the lazy employees for you.

I order at least twice a week!!! Always good!
However tonight I requested 3 hot sauce packets and 3 mild packets…
My order came and NO SAICES IN BAG!!!
So I called the store and manager said I’m sorry for that, but there is NOTHING I can do!!!
So I asked him, I ordered $40 worth of Taco Bell, and I wanted the packets of sauce? What am I supposed to do now? He said I’m so sorry it’s not my problem!!!!!

I ordered through the app and upon arrivaI was told that my order was given to someone else. The employee then stared at me as if I would just say OK and drive away. I asked for the manager and she explained that my food was already picked up and then also stared at me as if that was my problem. I told them that I was in no way responsible for their negligence and demanded that they remake my order. But before agreeing to my demand, she remarked that I “should be more careful next time”. At this point I got angry and shouted back at her that they are the ones that need to be more careful and not hand drive-thru orders to people who walk into the store on foot. The audacity of this manager to suggest that I was at fault for their screw up is unbelievable.

The store it self is well maintained, so well done to the staff
The food is nice , no issues at all

I mean it’s kind of hard to review a Taco Bell since they’re all pretty much the same but what I will say what this one is that it’s one of the best ones around since they always get your order done on time
