Taco Bell review
I am truly whelmed by this experience. I came here after watching the absolutely RIVETING film: Spongebob: The Search for Squarepants at the nearby Cinemark where I inhaled a medium popcorn. Side note: it was BYOB (bring your own bucket) and people arrived in hordes with Lowe’s buckets in hand. Needless to say, my hunger was diminished by the time I got here. Nevertheless, I had never eaten at the Bell and tonight was the night to try the famous seasoned beef and Baja Blast. I went with the simple Tacos (despite input from my pal that boxes are more economical), adding in some pico de gallo. I was too scared to go too crazy, for the benefit of both my intestines and my reputation. To keep it pure I ordered under a pseudonym and opted for no receipt. I unfortunately misplaced by burner credit card, though, so Wells Fargo will know. Either way, it was a 6.4/10. Really nice tomatoes (probably beefsteak or heirloom) and shredded cheese. I knew I should’ve selected light lettuce because my taco had a Lowe’s Bucket worth. The seasoned beef was moist, but the seasoning turned me away. Something about it was just too artificial. I imposed on my dining acquaintance’s Baja Blast and i’m still confused about my opinions on it. Scientists still don’t know how it’s created, which is clear based on the slightly green tint and egregious level of sugar. I still liked it I think. Cinnamon twists above average. Taste and look like a cross between churros and pork rinds. Glad I tried. Off to celebrate my friend’s birthday. They were busy but the food came out somewhat quickly. The crunchwrap didn’t have much meat but otherwise everything else was good! Happy to have a Taco Bell in this area

The food quality was poor, and the filling was noticeably less compared to other Taco Bell locations. I added chipotle sauce to both chalupas, but only one had “chipotle sauce added” written on the wrapper. When I asked the staff to confirm whether it was added to both, they asked me to open the chalupa in front of them to check. This felt unnecessary and unprofessional. Overall, very disappointing customer service.

Saw some other reviews and wanted to chime in. Yes, there is a bit of a tendency for slow drive through service, but since I started ordering through Mobile, I haven’t experienced this nearly as much. I think the food is quite fresh and tasty, so that should be seen as a highlight so maybe just consider mobile ordering if speed is a priority for you. My personal dislike for this place is the AI Voice when I pull through the drive through. It is quite discouraging to know that AI is replacing a job but also takes some of the burden off staff to focus elsewhere. If in a future time there are no human staff, I will not eat here. Humans First.

I was asked to pull over for my drive through order and waited over an hour giving me no choice but to go inside and check on my order while it was on the counter the entire time, I just got a simple apology. More then 7 cars parked and waited in the lot and slowly each person had to get out there car to fetch the order inside as they realized their order wasn’t coming out. Multiple people waited 30+ min for their drive through orders. By the time I walked into the restaurant there was only 4 people in the building and there my order sat on the counter. Absolutely terrible customer service and terrible experience. My food was cold by the time I got it

Food is good, not great but the service makes it worse. If you come here expect to wait at least 1hr for your food. Staff needs to be trained more, maybe because its a new store? Either way they seem like they javelin enough staff. I ordered my food online and it said it would be ready by 10:25. I go in around 1035 when it says it should be ready only to find out theres more people waiting. It took another 30 mins for me to get my food. Horrible waiting time but at least the food is OK.

I order online and the food is good, but they forgot to put the sauces that I order, and I told the lady while I was checking the food “the sauce in there.” And she said, yes, and I don’t see no sauce.

This Taco bell does not care about their customers…food sloppy and nasty…not like the Taco Bell I know…this place needs more training on how to prepare the food and what is fresh and what is time to dispose of…I will definitely not return to this location!!!
