food was banging, the young man who was working the front on January 30th night shift gave my party and I a really nasty attitude. i used to work fast food, i understand the stress and strain of working, but i’ve never gave any customer an attitude the way he did. We were missing food and he was so nasty and ended up being wrong anyway. just terrible

Placed an order for pickup on 11/30. I should’ve checked inside the bag and not just looked at the receipt stapled to the bag. We got home and we were missing the most expensive taco. We went back to the store and they literally argued with each other about who did it and everyone handled our food. They slapped together the right sandwich, removed a cheesy roll that they had given us in the first order and put that into someone else’s order!!! They don’t know if we did something to that roll! We left Taco Bell, went home and searched the bag and then returned to the store to get the right food! Yuck! Terrible experience.

This taco bell was running fine until about a week ago. This taco bell’s air quality took an insane dip. For whatever reason, the place smells like intense body odor, I physically am not able to stand in there for more than 1 minute without gagging. Naturally, this sticks to the food as well and it ruined my order. While this taco bell is within walking distance to me, I will now rather just drive to the one on Washington Ave and would suggest anyone reading this to do the same.

This might be the worst taco bell I had in my entire life! I dont know if it was the evening shift but the food sucked! No beef at all in any of our food! We literally ate tortillas. They didn’t even give us sauce! Never again! Would so much rather go to Washington Ave., may never eat taco bell again after that experience.

I had an amazing experience with my recent Taco Bell order! The burrito I got was perfect. This was the one of the greatest burritos I ever had in my life, and from TACO BELL??? I literally placed my order, went to the bathroom and washed my hands, and when I stepped out of the bathroom, my food was ready on the counter. Everything was fresh and hot when I sat down to eat it in my car. The staff was friendly and kind as well. Highly recommend this Taco Bell location for anyone craving a tasty, satisfying meal.

I usually stop by at night on my way home from work. It is late and I know what it feels like to have customers come near closing time. But sometimes I’m just too tired to cook.
The staff is always so damn pleasant and nice. They make me feel welcome. I usually get a few burrito Supreme and they are excellent, no skimping on ingredients. I’m so glad I have a great Taco Bell nearby.
I just want to mention in particular Cecelia and her daughter, who are so warm and friendly and perform great customer service.
I have been to other Taco Bells in Bergen and Essex County and this Taco Bell stands out as a fantastic customer experience.
