I popped out of the train station due to delay in NJ transit to grab a quick bite and was I glad I found this spot. For a taco bell this place was clean and well kept. I liked their kisok placements for the order and how efficiently and quickly the food came out. And the chalupas never fail! Good tacos and fries. All these just in time so i wasn’t late to get back for the next train. The proximity to hoboken terminal is the best!

I went to this Taco Bell location and was really disappointed. As soon as I walked in, I needed to use the bathroom while my boyfriend was ordering our food at the kiosk. I asked politely if I could use it, and the staff responded in a rude tone, saying I had to buy something first. I explained that we were already in the process of ordering, but the attitude didn’t change.
When we got our food, the dining area was a mess lettuce and tomatoes all over the floor, and none of the tables were clean. I even had to wipe down the table myself before we could sit and eat. On top of that, the manager on duty didn’t seem to care or take control. Honestly, the whole experience was unpleasant. I won’t be coming back to this location, and I think the staff especially the manager—could really use some retraining in both customer service and cleanliness.

My friends and I had a horrible customer service experience here! The woman at the counter was extremely rude, first she wouldn’t let us look at an order that she was mispronouncing to confirm it was ours and basically refused to give us our food because the name didn’t match what she thought we would look like. She refused to let us use the bathroom and got into a verbal argument with us. I was so disappointed with the service and will never be back due to her extremely off putting attitude.

Be careful, the Taco Bell Hoboken branch is very bad. All the employees, from the manager to the workers, are very bad. Their food is bad. All the employees do not care about personal hygiene. They take your time in exchange for you asking for something simple. This branch is one of the worst branches in America. Be careful, guys. I saw one of the employees when he came out of the bathroom. He did not care to wash his hands and he wrapped the food for the customers.

I’m giving this location 3 starts on service because this location is suppose to be open at 9am but I’ve been here the last two times and the lady has the door closed. Today she said I needed to wait 5 more minutes and it was already 9:10am.
