People need to take a deep breath and give this place a chance. I had a lovely experience at this Taco Bell. The place is brand new so i’m sure the staff is still getting into the swing of things. I had to wait slightly longer than i expected for my order (it was busy) but the staff was communicative and friendly. My black bean Crunchwrap and luxe box were delicious and the place was clean. I’m thrilled that there’s a taco bell in the area and will be back very soon. Ignore the snobby comments— this is a Taco Bell not a Michelin-starred restaurant.

Great food. The staff are still new and learning so orders do take some time to be made. They have made mistakes on my orders from time to time but it’s ok, it’s all part of the learning process. I don’t mind the wait since this opened up so close to me. I’m so happy there is a TB near meeee!

I was so happy to see Taco Bell open near my home so I wouldn’t have to drive all the way to Route 46. I was excited to try it and placed an online pickup order, hoping everything would be done correctly.
Since I am vegetarian, I made sure to swap all items to vegetarian. I ordered the new Quesarito and substituted black beans, but it was still made with beef. I had to throw that since I can’t eat meat at all. My order number was 901267.
The rest of my order was good. I would encourage the owners to please have employees double-check orders before making them.

Just opened a couple of days ago. They had plenty of staff, including a greeter who offered to help with ordering at the kiosk in case I needed it. I had my standard order and it was good, as usual. One thing to be aware of: you can’t make a left turn off Broad St. to get into the parking lot. Also, no drive-thru, which doesn’t matter to me.

Since my first review I’ve been to this location at least 4 times. I was looking forward to using this location since I live only blocks away and love Taco Bell food. The first time I went, I used the kiosk inside the store. They had plenty of staff since it was only open a couple of days, and I got my food fairly quickly. Since then, I’ve ordered ahead of time using the Taco Bell app. Every order since the first time has taken 25-35 minutes from the time I’ve placed the order on the app until my food was ready. They also seem to have less staff than the first time I was there. I have no idea why the food takes so long, whether it’s a staffing problem or issues with the App and mobile orders, but the wait time is ridiculous. I used to use the Belleville Taco Bell and never had a single problem with the mobile App. I could place my order in their parking lot, get on the drive-thru line, and my order was always ready by the time I moved to the pick-up window. Something is wrong with the Bloomfield Taco Bell location. They need to fix it soon or they will lose a regular customer.

worst Taco Bell I’ve ever had. I waited over 40 minutes for my box combo. I ordered a steak chalupa and it only had one piece in it. My soft taco was covered in grease when I opened it. Absolutely horrible, don’t waste your money on this.
