The staff is slow and a tad bit incompetent. Most likely just high schoolers doing a summer job. No matter what, the service was horrible. We waited over 45 minutes for our food, and at that point they hadn’t even started making it ((there was only two other people in the store ordering)) I could get it if it was busy, but it wasn’t. Ended up waiting almost 50 minutes for two tacos a burrito and a drink, nothing complex, and not warranting the almost hour wait! Food is lackluster, staff is incompetent, and the overall experience is awful. Go find somewhere else to eat before even considering this.

Ordered at their drive thru…..waited long time like 30 mins. Ordered 12 pcs party pack tacos and received only 9 pcs. Management need to pay attention with this matter. And I did not even got my receipt. Bad service.

They need to throw away the whole owner and team. They have bad service. I order one a crunch wrap they gave me no meat inside just salad. I go another day to try to give them another chance and they me just a little meat like literally a little and the tortilla taste old. Even my other orders was nasty. Five employees in the back just standing around doing absolutely nothing. No one at the register, the drive through guy in the corner opposite the drive through window. I just left, as did several cars in the drive through waiting for someone to take their order.

The location needs a new manager and employees. On two occasions I’ve seen the manager talk down to the employees like they’re trash. They need a greater because EVERY SINGLE TIME I picked up my order I get stare at by the line cooks. No hey may I help you or I’ll be right with you. They will look at you and continue their work.

Food was good and the sitting area is clean and bright. One guy with big belly and headphone had a really bad attitude from nowhere. He was rude and unprofessional. All other female servers were friendly and nice.

I ordered a bowl with everything and got this instead, I got white rice instead of yellow rice crazy because I never knew they had white rice. I would never get white rice, I ask for onions I didn’t get onions on top of the order when I paid extra for that and it was supposed to come with beans, Somehow the beans disappeared I guess and the extra chicken ran away. This is ridiculous. This happens every time I order from here, horrible customer service and long wait time. The portions are way smaller than any other place I’ve ate in, I will usually be full but I’m still hungry and this plate isn’t cheap for what I’m usually served. I’ll continue going to Manhathan and pay $1.50 more.

I wish you could give people 0 or 0.5 stars cause this location doesnt even deserve a 1 star. I would never order from this taco bell again! They constantly mess up! I don’t even know why I bothered giving them a second chance. I ordered their bacon crunchwrap combo today to try it and instead they gave me these potato tacos instead and didn’t even include any sauces as well as the Cinnabons that came with it.
