The Taco Bell is fine, but at night the line gets crazy long and they are so so slow. It takes over an hour to get your food and it’s just regular ol Taco Bell. Nothing special. Taco Bell needs to get a handle on this place and hire more people for nights and just pay them more. They have the money. Be better to your customers.

October 2022 – The long drive-through line around 3:30 shows how much people still like Taco Bell. I liked their meatless Fiesta burrito for a change with rice and beans plus toppings, and the crunchy beef tacos and double steak grilled cheese burrito I brought home were enjoyed.

It takes 45 minutes to go through the drive through. On multiple occasions this has happened. I try to avoid this place for this reason. I have no idea how such slow service can consistently be occuring here. The staff is usually nice though when you finally get to the drive through window.

So the extremely long wait times in the drive through have been going on for a while now. I have to wonder if they have a long run of being incredibly understaffed, or their equipment keeps breaking down. My last trip there, with only 2-3 people in front of me I was waiting for no less than 25 minutes before I even got to the window. Then to top it off after finally being handed food I’m waiting a couple more minutes on the drink before staff at the window finally hands me an empty cup and (paraphrasing) tells me I can go inside to fill it up because her machine is broken and it’d be a long walk to the other machine. I agree it’d be a little ridiculous for her to keep running back and forth, but after waiting for so long and then watching her stand there with empty cup in hand for a couple minutes before finally deciding to drop that gem on me, I was feeling a little cranky. I just drove home. Needless to say, I will avoid this place whenever I can.

Ordered food using touchscreen remote point of sale device inside the restaurant and then waited 42 minutes for our order. We then went up to ask what was taking so long. The manager was rude and had a very bad attitude. We were told our order got swiped away on their screen in the back. VERY DISAPPOINTED!! However, they did credit us the value of our order. We finally got our order after almost an hour!!

Wait over an hour in line just to get to get speaker to order. The workers were over worked and on a busy night like Saturday management should know better to have them fully staffed. Only had 2 people to do everything

Don’t usually stop for tacos ,but was hungry,,so we stopped, bad mistake no one on counter, when I asked to place an order I was told to use the kiosk, after 5 minutes of figuring that out and placing my order, I waited over half an hour to get it. Grant you it was a Saturday nite but really!!!

Slowest Taco Bell ever. Sat in line for a literal hour what the actual hell are you doing in there?! Absolutely embarrassing for any “fast food” establishment. Get a new manager or shut down. Complete trash!
