Reviews
As we took our first steps outside in days, reconnecting with nature, there were only two things on our mind. 1. we should’ve cashed out before Bob (rigged dealer) switched to our table, and 2. Taco Bell. We randomly choose this location to satisfy our hunger, little did we know we were about to enjoy the best taco bell we’ve ever had (we know the entire menu by heart).
The woman taking our order was patient and accommodating, listening to our complex orders, never judging us. A heavyset male handed us our order, exchanging smiles with his other male coworker. We originally thought they were laughing at how much us girls ordered, but after we took a bite of those perfectly seasoned, crispy nacho fries- we knew they only could’ve been smiling at each other because they knew we were in for a life changing experience.
Needless to say, this was the best Taco Bell we’ve ever have ever had. I promptly directed myself to the reviews of this location, expecting to find other Taco Bell connoisseurs to connect and bond with over this experience. However, this was not the case. I don’t usually “namedrop”, however I feel the need to address Ethan G’s review. Which I felt did not accurately reflect the hardworking employees of this location who gave me and my cousin an experience of a lifetime.
Lastly, I would like to thank a few people. Thank you to the Taco Bell employees of this location, especially the heavyset assistant manager, I would also like to thank God for leading us to this branch when we needed it the most. Lastly I would like to thank Mohegan Sun.
Please try this location!
From the moment we were served, his attitude was hostile and rude without any provocation. When I calmly and respectfully asked why he was treating us in such a manner, he escalated the situation and threatened to call the police on me and my friend. At no point were we disruptive, disrespectful, or doing anything that would warrant such a response.
I am a frequent customer of this location and have never experienced treatment like this from any other employee. While poor behavior from a regular staff member would be concerning, the fact that this behavior came from an assistant manager is extremely troubling and reflects a serious lack of professionalism and leadership.
This experience was disappointing and unacceptable, and I believe it warrants immediate attention. I hope this matter is taken seriously and addressed appropriately, as this type of behavior should not be tolerated, especially from someone in a management position.
Now , obviously there has been some management changes, and everything has been turned around . The drive-through person was nice, the food (Bean Burrito) was fresh and hot. Everything is as expected…
On a sidenote, on my previous visit, this place scored a one star review. So much better!
