Extremely unprofessional. Machines weren’t working and it took around 20 minutes for my food to be given to me. The cashiers had attitudes and told me that they “straight up” didn’t know how to do anything as far as paying goes. I had two payment methods and the first woman rolled her eyes and told me she didn’t know how to help me. Irelys B, the second woman rolled her eyes and had an attitude when I asked for my drink. There was also a fight outside the Taco Bell and everything about the place was disorderly and unprofessional . They even got my other order wrong at the drive through and charged me twice for my Cinnabon delights when I specified I only wanted one numerous times.

I had come to eat here through the drive-thru after learning I had some food allergies. as far as fast food goes I felt this was one of my safer options with my allergies however, after eating here I realized there were a few of my allergens in my order that I didn’t realize. it was not the staff’s fault who made my food. I ordered two steak and one beef hard shell tacos with just lettuce and tomato. not sure if the taco shell has soy or wheat in it? also for the meat I’m not sure if soy is a preservative mixed in? The drive-thru went relatively fast and the food service workers were on point and did what they needed to do.

Just absolutely horrible. The employees don’t care at all. Always have some sort of attitude. The store itself is always dirty. The employees find this company to be an absolute joke and they really ruin the business. Their drive thru is horrible. They always mess up or forget something. They always rush people out of the drive thru and make them wait just to have them go back through again. I have not ran into a problem like this at ANY OTHER Taco Bell. The store manager here needs to either hire more people or seriously do some more training. Everyone here is absolutely horrible at their job. We had to ask for simple things like napkins and straws.

I wish I could give 0 stars. Waited over 45 minutes to get Luke warm food that’s been sitting for 15 minutes. Did get a lovely view of an employee stepping outside for a drug deal, 2 employees sitting and eating in the kitchen, and 1 person just standing there making 1 item per 2-5 minutes. There was a kid before us that literally just ordered chips and has been waiting for longer than we were. I shouldn’t have to hear the n word dropped casually as I wait almost an hour for ‘fast food’ with my child. This is the ghettoist establishment I’ve ever been in and the managers of this franchise should be beyond embarrassed to have their name associated here.

I like this taco bell better than most I’ve been to. It is very rare that you get a stale softshell. They also put enough stuff in whatever you get. Some places are really stingy.

Train the workers better. Can barely hear them. And they obviously don’t know what they are doing. Won’t even let me do two separate orders and want me to drive around for my second order when no one is behind me. I wanted my stuff in one order but they can’t handle that.

I was at this store the other day and went through the drive-through ask for Quesadilla and the guy told me they run out of then I asked for a burrito and they told me they were out of meat, They sound like they didn’t want to work. Then I went and sold them at the back door smoking weed Definitely they didn’t want to work they had no manners to take care of the customer or customer service training. Bad very bad store to go especially at night.
