This was absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. The food was raw, greasy, and tasted like garbage. My mom and I both felt sick after eating only half of it. We had to throw everything away — and we ordered a lot, spending good money on food that wasn’t even safe to eat.

The restaurant smelled like marijuana, including the kitchen, and one of the workers looked completely stoned. It’s unbelievable that someone like that is even allowed to handle food. The service was rude, slow, and careless — it took nearly 30 minutes just to get our order. The kitchen looked filthy and the entire place felt nasty and unhygienic.

This place should be investigated immediately. Management clearly doesn’t care who they hire or how customers are treated. I want a refund and I hope this location gets inspected because no one should ever have to eat food prepared in a place this dirty and unprofessional. Avoid this Taco Bell at all costs.

2 weeks ago I bought 2 dorrito tacos supreme and could not believe it was $10. I had to ask 3 times to be sure. I should have never been back after that ridiculous price but sure enough I had a “crave” after grocery shopping and got a 3 taco combo meal. I asked for extra sour cream and that cost me $4.20. Everyone says count your last days… in my case I counted my last day i will never return. That meal along with chips and cheese came out to $21 and change. The nerve to not only charge almost 5$ for sour cream then the insult hits when you open the bag and realize how carless they are in putting the food together! Wish i took pics of that!!These fast food places have lost them selves!! Also did you guys fix that huge hole in the driveway yet? Charging 5$ for sour cream and you have a hole that can destroy tires rims and bumpers!!

If I could give this location a 0 I would. I don’t even know where to start. I guess the most important thing, the food.

When it comes to food here, good luck. There’s practically no meat in any of the items. The grilled cheese burritos are essentially just filled with cheese and sour cream and that’s it. The cheese cups are a quarter full. The chicken quesadillas are flatter than paper with damn near no chicken, I could go on and on but I think you get the point.

The wait times are insane. I get food service is difficult, especially if there’s issues like being understaffed. However, there’s been times where I come here and wait 30+ minutes for food. At that rate I’d rate I’d be better off going to a restaurant.

Overall I feel as if the manager/owner of this location doesn’t care. There’s no responses to the plethora of negative Google reviews, there’s no quality improvement, etc. I don’t like giving out bad reviews because I don’t want to see a store close, but at the end of the day this location needs help. It needs a manger to come in and really reevaluate and improve processes.

Food was okay but I got a classic stacker and it had nothing in it. And with how expensive taco Bell has become (ex. Five layer burrito is 6 bucks alone) it’s very disappointing. I have a picture of it but it won’t let me post it. It was literally tortilla very little cheese and like .05 grams of meat.

The lazy employees who work here shut down the restaurant over an hour before close without turning Uber orders off, so when I came here I couldn’t pick it up! They lied and said “the system is down,” when clearly they just wanted to leave early. Why not at least turn Uber orders off so we don’t get sent here having to waste all our time and money on non existent orders?? Really disgusting abuse of customers.

Location prioritizes drive thru above all else leaving in house people to wait up to 20-30 minutes for orders both in-house and delivery orders. Also mark Grubhub orders ready for pickup long before they’re ready so they can shift the blame elsewhere.

The employees here are very friendly and usually fast, which is appreciated. They actually pay attention to the front counter and ask people what order they’re there for when they walk in, unlike at other locations. This is definitely one of the better Taco Bells, so I like coming here.

So don’t get me wrong almost everytime I go there the food is usually very good.
The one thing I’ve noticed was that I was paying different when I would go there and I would get the same stuff everytime except one i added extra cheese. So I started to save the receipts and this photo proves it
I got charged $59.34 one time I went then the next time I went I got the same thing and I paid $46.89 so I’m just confused to why I’m being charged more one time and less the next. Watch your receipts.

Ordered ahead on ubereats and went to go pick it up. Drove 11 mins from my house to go pick up my food and went there and still had to wait another 45 mins. No sense of urgency there. Place was damn near empty besides me and another person. Drive thru wasn’t even that busy!!!!
