This Taco Bell is pretty good but the wait is soooo long! Today i waited 22 minutes from the time I pulled in til I got my order (granted there were 6 cars ahead of me). Thats over 3 minutes per car wait and the way the drive thru is, once you’re in you’re stuck.

I don’t know why but every time I order from this Taco Bell, the food is either cold or the portion of the food it’s not the right amount and there’s always something missing. The employees there also seem like they don’t care and they play around too much not paying attention to the customers. They unfortunately forgot 2 of my drinks I was really looking forward to.

groton taco bell used to be the best location but over the years they’ve gotten worse. my final straw was saturday 1/17/26 when they left out the chicken in my crispy chicken soft taco! and the classic stacker had way too much empty tortilla! the new london colman st location would never do me like that. don’t go to the groton location.

Slow and inaccurate. I avoid at all cost now. The extra time to drive to different location would be less than the drive thru. Also the way it’s setup once you are in the drive thru you can leave it. So you can’t escape.

They open at 7AM, why is the front door locked at 9AM. Go thru the drive thru; takes them 6 minutes to respond and they talk like they were sleep and did want to work. Got my food and the hash brown was certainly from yetersday and they just reused. If you are that lazy, why do you even work. Bad customer service and don’t even try to make food properly.

The wait time is terrible!!! Everytime we go theres a huge line in the drive thru and dosent move… I would highly suggest going to anywhere else
Also the most ridiculous thing is they still mess up the orders as one time we got Cinnabon delights and they were covered in salt not sugar

This taco bell is absolutely horrible. We try to give it several chances but nothing changes. Every. Single. Time. We wait over an hour and a half for our food. It doesn’t matter if we order delivery, drive through, or picking up inside. Nobody knows whats going on. Nobody is at the counter to help you, and everyone we did talk to was horrible. We have been waiting for an order for ALMOST TWO HOURS NOW AND HAVE BEEN THROUGH TWO DOOR DASHERS. We called the store and whoever answered was nasty and mad that we called about our order taking an hour at that point…if you cannot keep up with orders DO NOT GIVE THE OPTION TO ORDER AHEAD OR ORDER DOOR DASH. save your time and go to new london. The workers there are kinder and actually seem to know what planet they are on.

Cheesey double beef has no beef no cheese, litterly a scoop of beans on a tortilla as seen in pictures. Ordered on door dash from this store, the tacos are tiny. The portions are so small this store is all about profit. A family meal would serve 1 person. Sickening that this store has taken such a fall. Employees obviously doing the bare minimum. I would skip the Taco Bell guys, it’s just not the same. Orders always missing something. 70 dollars in food and I could have bought a can of beans and tortillas from the store and used there hot sauce. Shame on you Taco Bell R. I. P
