There was literally nobody there i was the only customer. 8pm on a Monday. They poorly made my order and slapped it together. They gave very little chicken in my chicken flatbreads. They rolled them up like a fruit roll up for some reason. I ordered a beefy nachos and there is very little beef for some reason. The only part of my order that was done right was the beefy cheese burrito. The food is not cheap anymore I expect quality and effort. I did not get that tonight. I didn’t even get napkins in my bag.

Don’t come to the New London location unless you’re willing to wait over 20 minutes for your order. I ordered one taco from the kiosk for take-out on a Friday at 6:41pm. I got it at 7:04pm. 23 minutes for one taco! The wait staff had no explanation for the wait. Another guest claimed she waited 30 minutes and wanted to cancel her order, but they would not refund her because it was a mobile order. Based on this experience, I will not come back to this location. If you must have Taco Bell, go to Norwich or Groton instead. I hope the owner or managers read these reviews.

Waited a half hour in the drive thru for an order I replaced online. I wouldnt have minded, if my food was made correctly. Or at least what I paid for? Every single time I order here its a waste of my time. 2 weeks ago I placed a complaint requesting a follow up because my entire $60 order was messed up and I didnt have the patience to wait another hour to be assisted. No follow up, just a waste of my money. Today, once again, my entire order is wrong, including a half empty drink and an attitude from the girl at the window. I’d give zero stars if I could. No one cares about their job or their responsibilities at this location.

This location needs to fail on principle, so that there is a change. Years of slow, incompetent bordering on malicious service. You will wait for 30 mins *minimum* to an hour for a scuffed product. Missing ingredients, not enough this or that. Every. Time.
Once bought a nacho bell grande. Stupid me for not checking it before driving off. They put beans on my chips. Thats it. Mind you I paid for extra cheese, meat and jalapeños. Should be a crime.
Another time I caved to temptation against my better judgement, bought two crunchwraps. It was missing the middle corn tortilla, and was all lettuce and tablespoon of beef.

Well I wasn’t going to do this but since Google asked… This visit was the absolute worst. Placed order through the phone which showed my name. when I went in they said it wasn’t ready and they’d call my name. A minute later the guy calls out “iPhone” I’m like what you say? And he’s like you’re Tracy right I’ll call you when it’s ready. Okay so I wait and I wait and I wait any calls out iPhone again and I’m like I think that’s my order. He compared my phone to the order sure enough it was my order. And I say that’s why I asked you what you said 10 minutes ago. He turns his head turns back to me and said it’s been 7 minutes. Proceeds to put the order on the shelf, throws my cup at me, then refuses to give me a cup holder. And the wiseass comment in the end said have a good day ma’am

Expect at least 15 minutes per car in front of you at the drive through.
The employees straight up refuse to do their jobs. Even when it’s slow, it’ll take 15-20 minutes for just a few tacos. I’ve repeatedly seen people in line leave to another next door drive thru and get their food before i’ve moved an inch. It’s insane the money this franchise wastes not hiring new staff.
