The wait times at this store are always kind of crazy, but I can’t hold that against the workers. You can see them going as fast as possible. And I’ve never had a wrong order… so far anyway! I will say that there was one worker behind the counter that seems to always be there when I am, Ethan, I believe, and I can always see him running like crazy! Definitely a hard worker!

I ordered a mobile order went through drive through was handed the wrong thing then handed another bag and I was missing 5 items I let the lady know. She got annoyed and said I dont have time for this i need to clear my drive through. I parked went inside and then was treated even more poorly like I was trying to scam them. I missing 5 things half my order. 2 cheesy fiesta potatoes, a chulupa,chips n cheese and a 5 layer burrito. Unacceptable to be treated like im a criminal because they didn’t give me my food. The chulupa they re made also had almost no meat and they still gave me the wrong burrito.

Came here for my usual order the other night (12 am) before they closed. Got a 5 layer beefy burrito and the beans were dry and hard. The worst Taco Bell I’ve ever had. This should’ve signed to me to stop eating. No I removed most of the beans and finished eating, and ate 2 other tacos. Woke up the next day violently ill. Been nauseous for 2 days, and have shit nothing but water bc I can’t keep anything down. Was told by a past worker, the meat they give out there is so heavily processed it’s barely even meat, and very easy to get food poisoning from. If you’ve gotten ill from Taco Bell this was my sign to never get that shit again.

The man workingThe drive through speaker and window was very friendly.Even though the man at the window made it very evident that he did not want to be working. i received my food left and then had to drive all the way back.Because I had two orders of cinnamon twists missing from my bag. when I got back to the window, I told the man I had missing items and he gave me my two orders.And then stated” i put an extra one the inconvenience” and he only handed me two orders, the issue wasn’t the extra food. The issue was he very clearly didn’t read my order in the first place, and it was clear he did not check the order before handing it out.

Once I was finally home with my order.And we finally unwrapped everything.I found that one of my tacos was missing the sour cream.I had added and the cantina sauce, that was supposed to come on originally.

If part of my order was missing and I had to come back and that was the only mistake or if I had gotten my full order the first time and one of my burritos was messed up I wouldn’t be complaining but the simple fact that I had to return back for the rest of my order and my order was incorrect So by the time I even went to eat it, it was already cold.I think it’s a little ridiculous. this place is always a hit or miss and I wish they would be more consistent.

Every time I order inside it takes 10 minutes ro get my food. No line in the drive thru, maybe one other person inside besides myself. I’d understand if there was a shortage of workers, been there, but they move very slow and careless to get the food out. Its fast food lol. Its just crazy its every time I go in I wait a super long time. Im literally waiting for food and they are on their phones instead. This happens too often.

Ordered a chalupa. Was told, 5-8 mins. Drove the 15 mini to pick it up. I am now into my 1st hour waiting for a single chalupa and no way to cancel the order. Horrible service, reverse is not a speed in the food industry.
