Whoever is on food today 12/3/25, deserves a raise. In all my days of receiving my favorite, the cheesy Gordita crunch, it has never had so much effort into making it look beautiful. The box was also wildly neat..I just unfortunately dug into it before taking a picture.

I work overnight so this is one of the few places opened when I go on break which I’m very thankful for. The problem I had though was the wait time in the drive thru. I waited in the line for over an hour. I ended up being late back to work on an hour break. Once I placed my order at the speaker (which was a mobile order so I just had to give them my name) and then got to the window the employee asked if someone else’s order was mine. Once I told them my order again I received it about 3 minutes after. I don’t think it’s necessarily the workers fault as the drive thru was pretty busy and they were probably understaffed. But it’s not an ideal situation because you can’t back out of the drive thru by a certain point. So you have to wait. I hope management is able to figure out a solution for overnights, possibly more staff. I didn’t write this review to get anyone in trouble. In fact the employees were nice and apologized for the wait. Also on google it says they close at 5 but the drive thru window sticker said 4. So I believe the staff worked past closing so I’m very appreciative of that!

I hate this Taco Bell their customer service is absolutely awful. We ordered on uber eats and came to pick it up, the door was locked. We went into the drive thru and told them we were here to get an online order at the microphone, they said “come to the front door” and we were locked in between cars so we went to the window and just asked for our food. They wouldn’t give it to us unless we went inside and now it has been 15 minutes and our food isn’t even ready, UNBELEIVABLE. There’s 4 workers and only one other car here, fix your store Taco Bell.

we waited 2 hours for our food which we ordered online and paid for but when we pulled up to the window they said because we didn’t say anything on the speaker, we had to go around the line again to get our order checked it. we spoke multiple times for someone to take our order and check us in and no one responded so we went to the window. We also got there before dine in was supposed to close and they closed early for no reason.

The food is always amazing, despite the fact that these employees are clearly overworked, and understaffed. I really think the employees are doing the best they can, under the circumstances. Fast food is demanding and very high stress. Being understaffed, slammed all the time with customers, dealing with rude people, moving nonstop.. is very stressful. Taco Bell, take care of your employees. I don’t order often anymore because of the wait times and always being made to feel like a burden for brining my buisness.

As per my usual, I had the Bean Burrito here and it was spot on. They didn’t overload it with the sauce, the dough was fresh, and it was assembled properly. The staff was friendly, and the facilities were looking good. Definitely not a bad Taco Bell… I like to stop at this location when work takes me to this part of the state.

This is by far the slowest fast food restaurant I have ever come across, time and time again! It doesn’t matter what time of day you go. Count however many cars are in the drive through and add 15 minutes per car minimum. Today, I could’ve had a full meal at restaurant with drinks, and a check by the time your staff can make a combo meal aka over an hour. Either one of two issues that are possible – whoever owns this location needs to pay up and staff the restaurant properly or you have staff that can’t make a Taco Bell meal in the time a restaurant can make a steak… in that case fire your staff; regardless of issue issue it comes down to terrible management. People’s time is valuable…***FYI *** If you see more than a car in the drive thru line just go across the street to Moe’s.

Seriously?! This is the second time I’ve paid for supreme soft tacos and got regular ones instead. You charge extra but can’t get the order right and it wasn’t even busy! How hard is it to make what people actually ordered? I’m just giving away money at this point. Super frustrating and disappointing

Took over 30 minutes for some fries in the afternoon. Halfway through the person at the window came back with an update with a freshly made paper airplane in hand.

This is the worst fast food establishment I’ve ever been to. I opened my box and there were bites taken out of my burrito on top of that they would not make me a new one, worst customer service ever. Never going back hope this place crumbles to the ground
