The best part of this place is the shift manager Malia. I went here on 8/18/23 late at night. Malia and two other gentlemen were working at the time. They were not only working hard but having fun while doing it. The joy and fun they were having radiated out of the kitchen. I worked for 4 years as an assistant manager for D’Angelos and would have killed to have staff like them. My night was going rough, but I left with a smile on my face because of the genuine friendliness of Malia and her staff. They deserve a raise! Their joy was certainly contagious, and I hope to see them at my next visit. My experience just wouldn’t be the same if it wasn’t for them.

This Taco Bell had VERY efficient & friendly employees! It was extremely busy at the time I arrived but they got me through quicker than expected DURING THE 4TH OF JULY HOLIDAY. It’s not often that I find such exceptional service at fast food restaurants. I was very pleasantly surprised by the staff, especially after midnight on a holiday. I recommend this Taco Bell highly, there’s so much to do in Willimantic center! Stop at the Bell and see for yourself

Left out 3 of my items. Didn’t give us any sauce even when asked. The food that was in the bag was less than half the ingredients usually used on each item. Soda was 99% seltzer. This is pretty much the worst taco bell experience I’ve had in 30 years.

Worst gordita crunch ever. It was thrown together sloppily and not correct. No sauce in it plus as you can see in the picture it was practically empty. The last 3 times I didn’t get any sauce when I visited. This store has gone downhill the last couple of years and it’s hit or miss with what you get.

The workers are always incredibly nice so this bad review isn’t because of them. The management is horrible. Two men shouldn’t be working alone and I feel so bad for them. Hire more people and stop making these poor employees work with little to no support.
