I didn’t think it was possible for a drive-thru experience to feel like a psychological experiment gone wrong, but here we are. I pulled up simply wanting a meal, and instead, I was subjected to a vortex of incompetence so profound it defies the laws of physics.
The experience began innocently enough, but the moment I reached the speaker, reality fractured. I clearly ordered my food. I enunciated. I was patient. Yet, the voice on the other end seemed to be hearing a completely different conversation from a parallel dimension. By the time I got to the window, I assumed we had cleared up the confusion. I was wrong. I was so wrong.
The woman at the window didn’t just mess up my order; she obliterated it. When I politely tried to correct the chaotic bag of random items she shoved at me, she didn’t apologize. She didn’t check the screen. She unhinged her jaw and aggressively screamed at me in a state of sheer, unbridled confusion. It wasn’t just rude; it was a primal roar of baffling hostility. I felt less like a customer and more like an intruder who had stumbled into her personal kingdom of chaos.
Avoid this location unless you enjoy being yelled at for wanting the food you actually ordered. It wasn’t dinner; it was an ordeal. Drive past. Drive far, far away.

I ended up going to taco bell in the drive thru today on Nov 24th during happy hour. It was 4:35 and happy hour goes until 5 o clock. We ordered 3 Baja blasts in the regular size and got charged for 10 dollars. I asked the lady if it was still happy hour and she said no. I then asked her what time it is at and she completely ignored me. I had to pay the full 10 dollars for my drink on top of all the food I ordered. This lady was working the drive thru and I would not recommend going here.

The service was excellent. Easy ordering, Great selection..My order was available promptly, the tacos were hot and so good. The dining area was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and readily available.

I love this Taco Bell! I always order the Caliente cantina chicken bowl (with a lot of modifications) and this Taco Bell got my order right first try! (See picture) it was very good. Also the lady at the counter was helping an elderly woman order and was very kind and patient. Would give five stars but the floors were quite sticky and they needed to refill the napkins/forks

We will not be visiting this taco bell location again. We waited almost an hour in the drive through. Once we made it to the window, they gave us the wrong order. Eventually they gave us the correct order, but we were still missing items. When we confronted the workers, they gave us a lot of attitude. Many of the workers were vaping and hanging out not even trying to fix the situation. The food we received was cold, and not made properly (see the uncooked cheesy rollups attached).
