This is the second time in two weeks that I have been to the Manchester – Buckland location. The first time I received someone else’s order in the drive through. I thought I would give it a second chance today. I looked in the bag before I left the drive through and saw 3 soft tacos. That was the correct order I thought??? I opened 3 soft tacos I did not order.. This location needs to do better!!!

Waited ten minutes in line with one person in front of me to then be told to hold on for another five minutes to then be told that they’re out of what I wanted.And I can’t move out of the drive through, because somebody was behind me.So I had to wait a total of fifteen extra minutes for the car in front of me to get their food.So I could get out of there and get nothing.What a waste of time!

I hate that this place is getting 1 star reviews… meanwhile those 1 star reviews are meant for the Taco Bell in the plaza across the street, not this one since this place is not a “Order at the kiosk only” place and doesn’t have a drive thru. I come here a lot and the owners and employees are such wonderful people who truly care about their customers. Always highly recommend!

Clean fast service with a smile it was actually far better than I was expecting usually don’t find this in a mall food area. For Taco Bell it was fantastic and I will probably be back here if I’m in the area. Not to mention it’s in a mall that’s actually still thriving.

Taco Bell at this location refuses to give you a refill. They stated that they wouldn’t accept my cup back and in order to get a new cup they told me I must pay again. Extremely disappointing. You should get what you pay for! Or there should be a sign saying no refills before you spend your money on false advertising. It states on their website that there are free refills.

Worst Taco Bell ever!!! They charged us for double chicken in burrito when we didn’t ask for it. When we questioned them they pretended to not know what we were saying. What a rip off. $20 for three tiny items at Taco Bell???? They also claimed they had no forks and knives. And continually pretended not to know what we asked for. Never go to this Taco Bell!!!! They lie and rip you off. All they care about is money.

Drive through packed taking super long. I waited about 20 minutes before I put my over in at the time there was only 4 cars.
