Placed a doordash delivery order for Taco Bell. I work EMS on long shifts so we don’t get to always eat due to being busy on calls so I was really looking forward to the food order. 40 minutes had passed since placing the order and the status on Doordash for the order said “preparing your order” still. I call the store to see what’s going on and no one ever answered. I guess I’m just used to the high standards the Waterville taco bell has. Can’t expect it everywhere I guess

Did a mobile order with drive-thru pickup so can’t really rate the atmosphere but reviewed the service and food accordingly. I’m happy that there’s a new food option in Newport that’s open after midnight since Irving’s no longer keeps the dining room open at night and I would like to clarify that I am more displeased with the Taco Bell chain in general then I am with this particular location. I could go a step further and vent my frustrations about the quality and price of goods currently in general but to address this particular occurance and location, I would just say that I’m unhappy with the quality of the food and the price that it’s offered at. There’s not much more than maybe a tablespoon of meat in the tacos or the burritos or even the Crunchwrap. I was ordering for a group of people so considered doing the party pack of supreme soft tacos until I saw that the price has been raised to $32.49 and $34.99 for the variety pack! I remember when the 12-pack of tacos was $10 and then when it went up to 12.99 and then 17.99 and then over $22 but 35 bucks for 12 tacos that have less than a half a pound of actual meat in all of them combined is ridiculous! Everything I ordered was sub-par to mediocre and I would say that the best items in the whole order were the chicken quesadillas and one of them was half empty and neither of them were cut!

Nice to see a little more variety in town. For quick meals, I’d definitely go here over McDonalds or Burger King although I will say, my nacho fries were semi cold when they arrived. I’m usually a Subway kind of guy, but the Subway here in town is not very well run at all.

I went to this Taco Bell last night with a few of my family members and the order was delicious. Had some chicken nuggets with their spicy new sauce. Also had a supreme double Decker taco which was superb! The staff members were very friendly and really went the extra mile! Thanks for the great dinner last night. We appreciate it.

Food was great, they had my order done quickly, Lobby looked clean and parking lot didn’t have any trash. My order To Go was placed in the DT of the local McDonald’s, (I waited 20 minutes there for my wives 4 items and was late to pick up my own order with you guys)they need to take notes. Not only did you all beat their time by 17 minutes, the food was still warm. Great job you all

It’s fast fast food,but be aware to CHECK YOUR BAGS before leaving!Most of the time, the food is made sloppy or extremely oh, lacking. In ingredients and or size and i’ve had to come back for missing items, 8 out of 10 times

Explain to me how I ordered a burrito with no beans and tomatoes and they proceed to have the audacity to tell me that “no beans in a burrito DEFEATS the purpose of a burrito”. If I could rate the service any lower than one I would have rated it in the negatives…. The employees need to have better service and appreciate there customers more!!!

Ordered a grilled cheese burrito and 3 order of nacho fries. Got home to a burrito that has no grilled cheese and beans added ( can’t stand beans) I called for a refund or to pick up the correct burrito and was told by the manager that he had a headset on and there was no way that the order was put in different from the way I ordered.

Just went through the driver hand ordered a carnitas chicken quesadilla. They gave me a cup of mayonnaise instead of sour cream! At least I hope so because my husband said it tasted like they were cutting their sour cream with mayo to save money and that’s nasty! I hate mayo and could tell by looking that sour cream should never look like that!
