We have attempted come to this place multiple times the past few weeks because we have things to do in the area, claiming they have low staff and making us wait 45 mins to an hour for the two cars ahead to get a small bag. And don’t get me wrong we understand low staff and such but this is almost every week and they have consistently given us the wrong food, missing half the meal, and not even adding the extra stuff we pay for or taking away things like tomato’s and sour cream.
And when this place first opened the employees laughed in my fiancés face because I decided to pay for dinner that I wanted not even him, after he paid the rest of the day for and they read my card name out loud for the rest to hear, so I’m sorry but they haven’t been good even when they first opened and the employees are nothing but sad.

Started by waiting at the counter for 2 minutes without acknowledgment before placing an order.
The cashier was friendly but placed my order incorrectly. I ordered a cheesy double beef burrito and they ordered a beef grilled cheese burrito. Actually surprisingly similar according to pictures, other than the extra $3 price. I asked for no sour cream, got 3/4 of the way through the burrito before finding it all at the bottom.
Apparently they can’t look, listen, or read at this taco bell. At least the facility was clean, hence the 5 star atmosphere. Service received 2 stars because they were nice to me at the counter once they got there, so that’s at least a start. Food other than the burrito was correct (but also no special requests) so I gave them 2 stars.
Not the worst I’ve seen, but if this is the mediocrity you seek, look no further.

Extremely slow service. So much so, that you need to go through the drive thru to get your food in under 20 minutes. They don’t prioritize the lobby whatsoever.

We had a large order and it was put together correctly. However, I had to wait 25 minutes for the food.
There is no way to place your order with a person. Not in the drive thru and you are required to order at a kiosk inside. I needed help, asked an employee and was told to use the kiosk. Funny story, needed help with the kiosk. Another customer was kind enough to assist me.

Some of the worst service and wait times I’ve ever seen.
“I don’t care how long they have to wait as long as food gets made” – Employee screaming at other employees over a diner full of people who’ve already been waiting for OVER AN HOUR for their food that the restaurant will ultimately make incorrectly.
And then you have to “Contact Support” to cancel the order you ultimately didn’t have time to pick up. Support will try to stiff you out of your cash and give you a coupon. I had to contact them twice over it before they finally bent and gave me my money back.
Not coming back here. Not bringing friends here. Not making recommendations. There is a Taco Bell across town that will have your order out in less than 5 minutes by comparison, and they’re a hybrid with KFC, though I can’t promise I’ll be going there either. Astounds me that this location is so unapologetically slow.

I love taco bell but this location is notorious for forgetting food, wrong orders, missing sauces and extremely long wait times. Last night I sat in the drive through for over an hour only to be told by staff “sorry we’ve been busy”. This isn’t new either. The past 3 times I have gone, have been over an hour wait in the drive thru for a mobile order. If you have that kind of time to wait and maybe get your order correctly, then I say go for it.

We went on February 23rd at around 10:30 and the lady in the drive through was berating us about how many mobile orders we had. Completely understandable that they have a limit but the thing to do is respectfully make us aware and not raise your voice and belittle using words like “we just had this conversation” and trying to make us feel stupid.

What is going on with wait times at this location?
Small order between two people in a short line and everytime we are in drive through for 45 minutes.
With the amount of people who just leave before their food is ready should be enough for management to see theres an issue.
Adjustments need to be made.

They use AI to place the order so it’s an entire process. Says you can ask for a team member but when you do, they are offended that you didn’t order with AI. Also, ordered a chicken quesidilla, got ZERO meat. Never get a correct order here!

I waited a long time for someone to assist me in the drive through. I asked for a number 1 with no tomatoes and no sour cream. I got 3 tacos with only lettuce and cheese. No meat! That’s ridiculous. I also asked for 3 more crunchy tacos with no sour cream. They had sour cream on them. We were already 20 minutes down the road before we noticed. We had an appointment so we couldn’t turn around and go back. No one in the car was able to eat their dinner. We had to wait till we got home and make something else.
