I order Doordash from this location quite often because this and burger king are the only restaurants open late at night when I get off of work.
I work in fast food, so I give a lot of benefit of the doubt when I can. But this location CONSISTENTLY messes up my orders. I order all different days of the weeks, but always around 1-5am. I cannot understand how different days and presumably different workers ALL get my order incorrect in the same exact ways.
I always pay the upcharge to get a supreme taco with my combos. I always get a normal taco, none of the addons I paid an upcharge for. I consistently do not get sides I order (i.e. cinnamon twists, chips and dip, fiesta potatos) and I also get underfilled drinks frequently. You can check my reviews on doordash under the name Vincent.
If you are out of something, the Doordash tablets you have in your store allow you to mark it as out of stock so the customer gets a refund for that item. You literally just click on their name and press “help” when viewing the order screen, then click edit order. It’s not very hard nor time consuming. You also have the option to chat to customer to let them know and ask if they’d like a substitute. And as for the drinks, if you have an automatic ABS they have a manual button that you can use to top off the drink.
I really truly do not understand why this is such an issue for this location. Do better.

I called this Taco Bell and the manager was the sweetest person ever and along with the other workers. The food was so good I nearly had to order another meal because of the immaculate taste. I am now living down here just because of this food chain. Please rate this Taco Bell a 5 star, they deserve it.

Ordering from this ai machine is harder than I thought. It gets it, but it doesn’t hear the right items I’m saying so I kept having to correct it to remove the item and add new ones. I actually just gave up and came home with like three things I didn’t want it just wouldn’t listen. The tacos were the least filled I have had at a Taco Bell around here. Sounds crazy but the one in Windham has better human service and the food is a little bit more carefully prepared.

It’s a very standard Taco Bell. It’s minimally staffed and only passably clean. The food was nominally edible and did not make me ill. The staff was reasonably nice to me.

Every.Single.Time I order from this Taco Bell, they mess up at least one item and/or at least one item is missing!!!! I love Taco Bell and I order often but there’s always something wrong with my order! I’m going to stop ordering from them. They’ve lost a loyal customer! I can’t even enjoy warm food because I have to open everything to see what’s missing and take pictures for whichever delivery app I used, to show missing items so by the time I’m able to eat the food that isn’t even what I ordered, it’s ice cold. The service there has been this way for many months on end. What is going on Taco Bell??!!?!? Why can’t you get your act together and teach your employees how to do their job, or replace them with people who will do it correctly! The only positive I have is that they are the fastest around when it comes to getting food, but come on, step it up Taco Bell!

The manager of this location can’t train people to get orders correct. It’s on the manager to get the orders out the door. I have issues 50% of the time with this location. The staff are kind but they are not trained. If I ever go there and they get my order correct, I may change my rating. The owner and manager of this location need to be shamed. Don’t blame it on your employees. It is 100% the fault of the owner and manager.

the workers and the assistant manager are amazing. they kept talking to me on the phone when i was struggling with my period in the bathroom. the assistant manager is actually the goat with her besties and multitasked on the phone with me while the customers were rude. I love you bella

Awful. Excruciatingly long wait times (especially for Uber and door dash drivers), and they still somehow managed to ruin a single item order. I think being this terrible at food service actually takes some real effort, because they must have to actively try to be this bad. Even with no effort they could still manage to accidentally get some things right, so I can’t make sense of how awful this place is in every aspect of food service. Is there some kind of competition I’m unaware of? Oh and that entire restaurant was filthy. The fact that the filth could almost be forgotten entirely is a testament to just how bad it really is.

The people were super friendly and helpful! I was the only customer and the order took about ten minutes, which was longer than I expected, but we had several customized items. The bean tacos only had beans in the middle, so we spread them out ourselves when we got home. My chicken taco supreme was missing chicken and sour cream in about a third of the taco. And the bean burritos were pretty empty compared to other Taco Bell locations.
