No stars this location is the worst they are to busy fooling around to get the order straight. Mini taco salad. Hot sauce all over it notice the receipt says no sauce the woman at the window was laughing when I picked it up and said we heard you no sour creme I guess she thought it would be funny to soak everything in sauce and try and locate the hamburger it’s barely there. You had on job and you failed how hard is it to get a order right?

I will say I am disappointed in the reviews because I had higher hopes with the service I have received over the past few weeks of going, the food is delicious how can it not be it’s taco bell and they’ve got me right every time amazing place, the workers are 10/10s they are amazing souls who bust there ass for quality and it shows so thank you taco bell workers for being what I consider at your bests and im gonna continue going to support, now I’m gonna eat the rest of my burrito, have a wonderful day everyone ❤️

This is one of the worst Taco Bell’s I’ve ever been too. Long wait times in lobby and drive through . When you go into the lobby all the staff just looks at you and don’t even ask if customers need help they make you wait at least 15 to 20 minutes until they ask you if they can help you, they always have an attitude never greet customers professionally and very long wait times for your food. They’re busy talking and chitchatting. I don’t know what the manager of taco Bell does But I know it’s not managing

We ordered the Spicy Potato Soft Tacos and they clearly had put meat on the tortillas at some point, scraped it off, and proceeded to make the Potato Taco with the same tortilla. Were these reused tortillas?! Disgusting. They also forgot the chipotle sauce that comes on the Potato Tacos. Combine that with putting most of our tacos in the bag upside down so the ingredients fell out, this is probably one of the worst Taco Bell locations I have been to.

Don’t go here. You won’t get the food you ordered. This is the THIRD time in a row I haven’t gotten everything I ordered. First time I figured it was a mistake. Second time, gave them grace. But today they forgot an ENTIRE meal. And of course I didn’t know until I got home. Unbelievable. Absolutely unacceptable.

Went thru drive through and very politely made 2 separate orders. Coincidentally, every single item in our order was messed up. Taco broken and terribly made, barely any meat on crunch wrap, tiny burrito with no cheese, medium drinks that were supposed to be large, and were filled completely to brim with ice. I know how things go in a kitchen it was very clearly intentional. Absolutely no reason for this.

Placed an order online before I left my house, drove 10 minutes to get my order, it was not ready, waited 20 minutes in store while watching customers come and go. Finally, over 30 minutes after ordering, I got my food. I would have asked for a refund but the manager was outside doing some sort of other business deal with someone parked in the parking lot, I can only speculate as to what this parking lot business was, but I would venture a guess that it was less than legal. The waiting area was cramped and dirty, sauces, cup lids, straws, etc were not stocked and what was there was an absolute mess, and to top it off, the chick quesadilla I received had almost no chicken in it and was not cut so I ended up having to basically roll it up into what can only be described as a cheese roll up since there was not a discernible amount of meat…. what an absolute atrocity. So it’s been a year since the last and they still haven’t gotten any better. I stopped by for two nacho belgrandes today and both were severely lacking on their toppings. One was supposed to have just cheese and sour cream and there was maybe a tablespoons worth of cheese on the chips. Honestly it was about 10 chips that actually had cheese on them. The second one was supposed to have beef, beans, and cheese yet the beans were left off and again the amount of cheese and beef was laughable. I don’t know if the manager is trying to get their employees to use less toppings to save money and get a bonus or they are just bad at their job. But either way I’m still disappointed over a year later.

September 2024:
This location never fails to disappoint me between missing items, wrong items, and the amount of toppings on my food. Yesterday I bought a crunchwrap and 2 chalupas among other food and the crunchwrap and one of the chalupas had practically no toppings on them. The only reason we kept coming back was my kids like the nachos, but I will no longer waste my time or my money coming back here.

I had the worst experience at this location. I placed an online order through Uber Eats and waited inside the restaurant for over an hour. The system showed my order as “ready,” but it was nowhere to be found. I asked staff members multiple times, and they either ignored me or brushed me off without checking properly. After wasting a full hour, I had no choice but to cancel and reorder, and magically my food was ready in 2 minutes.

This is completely unacceptable. Customers should never be treated with such indifference. I lost both my time and my money because of the incompetence of this store. I will never come back to this Taco Bell and I strongly recommend corporate to review how this location is being managed.

Last time I go to a Taco Bell location. So tonight I decide to go by the drive thru march-11 At 9pm and This is what I got in a 5 layer, 2 crumbs of beef with nothing on it. I got home a Know is a very light sloppy wrap and I instantly knew there was nothing on it before I even open the wrap. I had no other choice but to dumb it in the trash since I was already home and I wasn’t going to drive back. This is what happens when they hire young kids that do not care about their job. I got served leftovers. It was disgusting! Cold, dry and nasty looking. It looked like whoever made it, hated his job. Is actually sad because I actually work for the Flynn Group INC through Applebees. And this is an embarrassment to the Flynn group family!! We truly care about our job but I guess the Taco Bell night staff don’t care one bit about their job
