I’ve never been to prison, but the furniture and no decor on the walls makes you feel like you’re in a prison cafeteria. At least from what I’ve seen in the movies. Food is fine. It’s Taco Bell.

Seen you guys offering a free item when you sign up for your rewards program so I did and went in to claim it as well as ordering a quesaritto,, karol your manager working first shift told me she can not do that because it’s a third party thing, I never heard of that and was quite confused. She could give me no answers and just left telling me sorry that’s third party with an attitude. I dont think that’s very customer friendly especially on Christmas eve

Place always busy but food at least 8 timed out of always dry and worse than dogfood. Fries cold and old as hell, you can tell when they taste awful and have an orange look to them vs a nice yellow crisp.
I go back to get fresh and new fries and they literally gave me the same ones.
What i want to know is why they cant make fries more often and fresh like busy McDonald’s can
Yes McDonald’s fries have sucked too but the chances if them sucking is not nearly as likely at a busy location. This tb is quite busy and their food as of lately is just awful

So very disappointed with the quality of my food. I ordered the street chalupa and unfortunately that is what I got. Something picked up off the street. I mean really 3 pieces of chicken so small it looked like leftovers from someone else’s chalupa.

Check your food. This place has shorted me food on multiple occasions. Tonight they shorted me an entire Crunchwrap which is over 1/3 the cost of my order. I asked the guy straight up at the window “are you sure this is everything?” And against my better judgement his response of “yes I checked it myself” was just a straight up lie. If I’m going to spend money on disgusting food I still want to get what I paid for.

I came here for a DoorDash and they left the bag unsealed so I asked politely you may have a sticker because I can get in trouble for not having It sealed the guy with the shirt almost fully unbuttoned through the roll of stickers at me I said what’s your problem I did not do anything to you and I looked around and was baffled that this is what it looks like if you cannot handle your job you need to leave Because this is absolutely disgusting Then I left I had to come back for another order and they were still talking about me One of the girls said you should’ve just threw the sticker roll at her He said oh I did and they were laughing not knowing I was there again then she goes. She’s right there. I said yes I am. I’m here for another DoorDash as there’s two employees eating on break the floor is a mess one sitting on his But in the back on his phone, this is unacceptable and disgusting. Do not come to this place.

Staff seemed friendly that is all I can give that’s worth a single star. Waited over 1 hour in the drive thru line to pick up a mobile order I placed 15 minutes before arrival. Finally got my food and went home just to find a piece of blue rubber glove mixed in with the lettuce in my taco. Super disappointed, wanted to leave feedback but the receipt was missing all info linking it back to this location and lacked the code to leave feedback as advertised all over the back of the receipt.

The staff was beyond rude tonight, I’ve never been treated so poorly by any employee at any Taco Bell. To make things worse, I waited 20+ minutes for my food and there was HAIR in my tacos. I’m disgusted and will never be returning to this location. Do better.
