I am writing to express my disappointment with a recent experience at your Nashua, NH location. I ordered a Veggie Mexican Pizza, but unfortunately, the food I received was not up to the standard I expected.
The Mexican Pizza appeared poorly prepared, with the tortillas being stale and tasting bitter. After tasting, I immediately contacted the store to report the issue and was told that they could not accept a return or issue a refund. Instead, I was asked to come back and pick up a new order, but there was no guarantee that the next one would be any better. I also requested either a refund or store credit, but my request was completely denied.
I kindly urge Taco Bell and relevant food safety agencies to investigate this matter and ensure that proper food quality standards are maintained. I hope that you will take swift and appropriate action to address this issue.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.
Staff behavior was really terrible when we were waiting for the order.
Plus, my one visit to the Nashua Taco Bell, the freeze machine was broken, one of the soda flavors was out, and they don’t have any plastic, dine-in trays at all. And one of the workers I tried asking a question apparently speaks no English and did not even try to communicate with me. Plus, they cruelly lock their bathrooms.
My husband ordered a vegetarian meal (he doesn’t eat meat and hasn’t in years) and was fed beef. Went back in and they exchanged our food, which I thought would fix everything. I was wrong. I was told that I needed to add chipotle sauce to my order if I wanted it on my chipotle burrito. What?? It comes with it. So the workers clearly don’t know their own menu. They remade it and it still had zero sauce in it. Also, if you’re expecting FAST food, think again. Between waiting for the original order and for them to remake it, it took 1.5 hours. How does that happen when the kitchen is full of workers, orders are being taken on screens, and AI is taking orders in the drive through?? I’ve been to a Taco Bell before in the UK and it was great. Somehow this fast food place was horrific and one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had in my life. Somehow the food at the UK’s chain was also much better (at least their food had real beans). Do not go here! You’re bound to walk away frustrated or unhappy.
I always order online so that way there can be no error in my order. They can not say that they misheard me or that I ordered wrong.
After waiting 23 minutes in the drive-thru, I finally received my order. As I drove off, I grabbed a Chalupa only to find a hard taco. This struck me as odd because I never order hard tacos with my meals, I always swap hard tacos out for soft tacos. So I pull into the parking lot to check the rest of the order and it is all completely wrong.
I bring the order back into the store. The female worker who is serving the drive-thru, see me and comes up to me and asks what’s wrong. I tell her the whole order is wrong and I show her the receipt. She looks at the items and agrees. She tells me she’s very sorry and then proceeds to tell me to keep the food as I try to hand it back. She states, we cannot take the food back. I tell her thank you. That’s very kind of her and my wife is coming home from work soon and would be happy to eat it. As she walked away, one of the male workers who is watching the whole thing, comes over while making some nasty non verbal faces at me and he doesn’t say anything to me, he just picks up the bag and walks away, throwing it into the trash. Whatever I get it, i didn’t pay for it, so it’s not mine but he seemed to do it more out of spite than some sort of like corporate policy as as there was no explanation from him. Maybe he was upset because he’s the one who made the error.
But that’s not even it… the entire time I waited for them to remake my food… I watched the staff members fight with each other verbally. Legit yelling at each other, using foul language, telling each other to shut up, throwing items onto the ground, slaming there hands on the stainless steel work stations.
After 52 minutes at Tacobell I finally got the right order. At least it was fresh and hot!
I have spent thousands and thousands over years with Tacobell. I know it’s not authentic Mexican cuisine but being a homeowner, I am broke and I like tacos…
One of the Wildest things I have seen in a long time.
