Got almost every order wrong and missing several items. Spent $54 for a group of 5 people. I’m vegetarian and ordered a cheesy bean and rice burrito. Went to take a bite and it had steak in it. Unacceptable and waste of money.

Whenever I visit this place, they inform me that they are unable to take orders two hours before closing time. I have been patient and let it go in the past few instances, but it has become increasingly unreasonable. You cannot simply leave the line because it is too crowded, and there is no space to move around. As a result, I have decided not to visit this establishment anytime soon.

Grabbed something on the way back home from work. Ordered a few tacos and a drink. Drink was handed to me with the lid halfway on, and my tacos barely have anything in them. I don’t have enough energy for this, just do better.

It’s full of kids who don’t even know how to wash their hands, and on top of that, they have terrible customer service. You ask for something and they don’t understand you. I do not recommend it at all. If you want to go to another Taco Bell, go to the one on Reservoir Avenue, because they have good service and professional staff, unlike this place in Cranston. It’s not worth it, don’t go there.

I haven’t been to any taco bell in over 20yrs! It definitely has changed for the better. Ordering appears to be by kiosk. I didn’t ask if someone can help at the counter. Like other fast food kiosks, you can pay at the kiosk or at the counter. Many more menu options to choose from and to personalize your order. If possible, one more bowl option would be good!

we got two combos and some side burritos. all the burritos were made wrong. we waited almost 20 minutes for the food to be made, it took another 15 for them to come to the front so we could ask it remade, then another 15 for them to remake it-and it was still wrong. wanted no sour cream and one had some add ins, was still wrong remade. we were missing a burrito that also had to be made-was still wrong. despite showing the order and explaining what was in it. we got there 9:45 and left at 10:40. spent an hour just getting the food, disappointing. the drive through was going very fast despite our order being put in way before. won’t be going back to this location.
