i’ve worked in the food industry for 15 years… i understand how stressful these jobs get especially around the holidays. it’s draining, you’re over it and definitely considering quitting by the end of it all, i get that. however communication is key, I don’t mind waiting, things selling out, etc. i get it. however it’s so important to take care of your customers, especially ones who are there in person and have been waiting 45 minutes. I only went to taco bell cause my bonus kiddo wanted some steak on a soft tortilla with cheese… nothing much, extreamly simple. I kept checking in with different employees just to get told it would be done soon and it’s busy. low and behold after finally getting an employee to stop and actually check for the order, they handed it to someone else on accident and had ran out of soft tortillas. listen i’m not that upset but my kid is devastated, it’s an simple life lesson for her about not always getting the things you want but jeez guys I could’ve saved the 30 minutes waiting. there was no apology, i had to beg for a refund for food we didn’t even receive. again, i get it’s the holidays and it’s busy but communication is so important.

I was nervous because the drive through line was long, but it moved surprisingly quickly. My order was taken promptly, politely, and clearly. My items were all correct and still warm when I arrived home. Great service.

I wasn’t going to write a review about the horrible experience myself and the 2 other people I was with had here tonight, but now that my girlfriend and I are awake at almost 2:30am with her having stomach issues due to having cheese put in her food after we went back in twice to tell them it was incorrect. We ordered $64 worth of food and they forgot 3 items and put cheese on things that is for someone whose lactose intolerant (which I went back 3xs to have it corrected and the items were still wrong). To make matters worse, the items that we did receive barely had any meat in them and at the point we actually left the store, everything was cold and soggy. I have worked in fast food before and I understand people making mistakes and understand that it was a busy Saturday night, but this was just ridiculous. After going back in for the 3rd time and waiting for 15 minutes to get 2 potato soft tacos(the items they made incorrectly), I asked the person working the drive thru how much longer the order would take and he said they have pages and pages of orders and he couldn’t do anything to get the order out sooner, even though it was their mess up… I just wound up leaving. Once we had gotten home and started eating, a few bites in we realized there was cheese in my girlfriends food which was seriously disappointing considering all the time we spent there already waiting for them to make it “correctly”, which was about 40-45 minutes. Wild.

The gas attack of all fast food. This place is not great. The food is soggy and nasty. That’s why it’s cheap. And the service isn’t much better. Not a great atmosphere to chill in as well. The Baja blast and Baja blast midnight is the only place to zip through this drive though. Otherwise avoid this chain

Got this crunch wrap supreme not only was it super hard to eat because it wasn’t wrapped properly but they also messed up my taco and didn’t put sour cream, my taco was literally broken with everything falling apart ♂️ didn’t know working at Taco Bell was this hard.

Went here a couple months ago while they were open and nobody even wanted to take an order so we left. Ordered today for delivery through the app over 45 minutes ago and the location still hasnt even made my order. Whats the point of this location even being open if they clearly dont care
