Went in tonight , was not greeted by anyone. Ordered food on the kiosk , waiting about 10-15 minutes for the drive thru girl to finally acknowledge my existence. The 3 people on the line were too busy talking rather than making orders and on top of the older lady at the end of the line was touching her face , nose and rubbing her bare arm like she had an itch with her gloves on then proceeded to touch food. Absolutely disgusted on top of a 25 minute wait just to received food thrown in my bag not even wrapped correctly. Do better

I’m a door dasher and I’m in several Taco Bell’s in the area. Anytime I walk in to pick up an order there are about 5 people working and although they look up and make eye contact with me, no one ever so much as acknowledges I’m there or offers a “well be right with you”. I’ve watched a manager standing around just walk right over a burrito on the floor. My visit at this location tonight was different. I was greeted as soon as I walked up to the counter. The staff was polite and friendly. While waiting for my order I took note that there was an employee sweeping the floor in the work area instead of what I’ve witnessed in so many other locations where they just leave food all over the floor. I can’t speak on the food as I was only picking up an order for a customer so I gave 3 stars on the food to symbolize neutral.
It was very nice to walk in and be given customer service unlike any Taco Bell I’ve picked up from before.

If you are expecting customer service please dont go here. Explained to the person who took my order what I needed so I dont get sick with the menu board saying if u have allergies please let us know…they didnt listen and was just rude. Ordered for a family 13 items asked for hot sauce gave me 0 sauces. Went inside talked to the Mgr and watched an employee with gloves on talking on their personal cell phone while making food…Mgr said id say sorry but I personally didnt do anything so it wasnt my fault. Very professional and responsible…the board of health needs to check this new restaurant cause its managed by ppl who shouldn’t work with the public

I have usually gone to the Taco Bell closer to the McDonalds on Bald Hill road. There was barely any meat in my Crunchwrap supreme and crunchy taco. Never seen such little portions in my life and on top of it I got sick afterwards. Never have gotten sick from any fast food in my life.
The service was great, and the workers were very nice and polite. Hopefully the food quality changes.

This place is awful. Nobody interacts with the customer. Error after error. Myself and another customer waited 20 minutes for our orders. I walked out while the other woman couldn’t get anyone to talk to her. Delivery orders were ready, but in person orders were not met. I guess if you make everything where you dont need to contact a person, this is the results you get.
Whoever is supposed to take cash orders and speak to customers should be fired.
